My old Valentines badge is missing
Hello, this is going to be a weird post but I've been playing the game when it came out and I'm pretty sure that I had the old Valentines badge (was running it together with my starter pack badge) and since I have moved over to PC from Xbox I believe that the badge got somehow overwritten by the newer Nessie version of it after activating cross progression. I know it sounds awkward but is it possible to check my accounts game history to verify that this account should have the badge? I believe the only requirement was to play the game on Valentines day back then and I really believe that I was running it on my banner. best regards

Dear Support Team, I am writing to respectfully request a review of my account ban. I have been a dedicated player since the very beginning of the game, playing on both Xbox and PlayStation. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time into the game, reaching more than 75,000 kills and achieving Prestige 3 with a level above 600. I have also earned the Apex Predator rank multiple times, which reflects my commitment and experience. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized software. The only time I played outside of standard modes was in Bot Royale (including evolved versions), purely to test sensitivities and improve my gameplay in a controlled environment. Additionally, I believe my account may have been compromised recently, which could explain any suspicious activity that led to this ban. If there has been any irregular behavior, it was not caused by me. I kindly ask you to thoroughly review my account history and reconsider this ban. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed. Purchased all packs for the Gundam Heat rod Collection and there is not a last pack I can buy . I clearly bought all of them and still did not receive it . I have not received help from EA at all with this issue and even gotten to speak to them so now I’m reposting this everywhere4K Badge

I have played Apex on PS5 for a couple years now. I recently bought a PC and wanted to play on that, so I linked my steam account to my EA account (I only have one EA account, and it is definitely the correct one). I opened Apex through steam and had no progress. I then opened Apex on my PS5 and my progress was reset there too. I started a support case and the agent said that for some reason my progress was reset due to cross progression. He was as confused as I was. It's been 3 days, and I have checked both platforms every day in case it was just a delay but there is nothing. The agent basically admitted that this is EAs fault, do I get any compensation for this? I spent a lot of time and money on that account. I would like to play Apex (or any EA game) again but I will not unless I get something back. It also says that my account has only been active since 2025, but I have receipts in the email for currency I bought in 2024. Has this happened to anyone else?
Cross progression
I encountered an issue with my account. I did play in season 1, 2, and 3 but all of my badges are missing. I have the battle pass skins, but no badges or stats tracked for then.. I'm not sure what happened there. I skill have the reactive Havoc skin and the R301 one from S2 but no bp badges..Apex what’s this ???
I just lost all my apex progression I was above lv 60 was platinum in the game and now it’s all gone I’m lv1 I had bought the battle pass as-well and the last one was also bought but it’s gone aswell I tried to login to my pc with my PlayStation then all my progress got deleted or idk I have been trying to reach out for help but your **bleep** website doesn’t work and y’all don’t give a **bleep** it’s just disappointing I have all the prove
