Hacked banned got all that fixed but now my account has nothing in it?
I came back after around 4 years of not playing the game to a hacked account, EA support helped me get it back then they said it had also been banned. I was told to dispute it which I did and they lifted the ban. I log into the account but now it’s a level 1 account with nothing on it like I had just got the game. I lost all characters all payed stuff all badges lvls, stats etc and the support guy said there was nothing he could do to revert it??

I played a game of ranked in a diamond 4 lobby and I got 137RP total however, I only got 68 Rp and the other 69 Rp did not go into my Diamond three rank. I had 3 kills = 54Rp with 2 assists = 36Rp with 3 Participations and 3x50%= 1.5 and that’s 27Rp witch equals 112Rp total. I had a top five streak of 3/5 witch is 20Rp = 132Rp and had placement of 3rd place that left me at 70 Rp witch equals 202Rp minus the cost of entry of diamond 4 witch is -65 witch equals 137Rp. I don’t know if it’s only for me but this has happened three times now and I would like the issue resolved. Thanks for your time.
cross progression apex issue
When my Xbox and PC accounts merged in Apex Legends, I only received those old pack skins, and not all of my other skins. Did this happen to anyone else, and did you get the rest of your skins back? I will include a photo of the packs im talking about. Is there anyone who can help me get the rest of my skins?
Cross progression
I finally played apex again on my pc. I got the cross progression prompt, loaded in and none of my xbox progress came over. when i looked into the issue i saw that my xbox account might have been linked to an old EA account and thats why. So i unlinked my xbox account and relinked it to my old EA account. when i logged into the game on pc i didnt get a new prompt but my account was now level one. when i logged into apex on my xbox i didnt have any of my progress. I have lost nearly thousands of dollars in skins and progress. i had more than 5 heirlooms and nearly every item in the game. this is season 12 standards. how do i get my **bleep** back?
Battle Pass Progression
I bought the Ultimate+ Battle pass the other day and when I logged in it showed that I didn't own the pass. I went for Help, and they manually gave me the pass but now once I progress through the pass it shows I unlocked levels but when I check it's not in my inventory. Need Help asap
Question about account merging
So, I have a psn apex account as old as game is. For the last couple years I have been playing on steam and havent touched the psn account in ages. My steam/EA account is higher level than my psn account, so in theory, if I link my psn account to current ea account, the pc account badges, trackers n **bleep** will remain and I will just get currencies and skins from my psn account? Have a bunch of 4k 20 kills badges on my pc account and dont wanna risk losing them for some dumb reason.
