Preliminary review of the beta test on Xbox during early access.
Greetings to all. Here is my current user experience and a list of errors that I was able to identify during the process: The network response (within Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, European Russia) leaves much to be desired (within 75-144 ping), and in my opinion this point should be taken into account in the second stage beta testing or until the game itself is released. Since the response to actions, interaction with the team and hit registration must be maintained at the proper level. During the long beta test, my console worked at a high level and was overheated. Since in such cases, graphic glitches may occur on the screen during the test and even texture failure, as I once had on the Cairo map in the area of point C. Moreover, I periodically keep my console clean and the graphics settings are set to Balance mode. When moving on equipment as a passenger and at the moment of landing, as well as when trying to resuscitate a team member in the role of a medic, the response and action does not happen instantly and sometimes it is necessary to repeat the action at least 2-3 times. There was a glitch in recording progress on tasks within the beta test and receiving rewards. For example, after completing the task of repairing equipment and reaching rank 10, the result was displayed visually during the match, but not recorded in my lobby, as if the task counter was reset and progress started from the beginning. In the future, during the beta test, I will share my experience, and I also ask other players to respond to my post if you have encountered similar moments, as I have indicated above.
Battlefield 2042 Progress Lost After PSN Linking
Hi, I’m having a serious issue with my Battlefield 2042 account after linking my PSN to EA. My EA account name is different from my PSN ID. After linking, Battlefield 2042 started showing my PSN name instead of my EA ID. Since then, all of my in-game progress has disappeared — when I launch the game, I’m reset to level 1. However, my Battlefield 2042 stats are still visible on Battlefield Tracker when I search my PSN ID. This proves the data still exists on EA’s servers, but the game isn’t pulling it in correctly. This looks like a linking error between PSN and EA accounts. Waiting for an unlink cooldown or posting “feedback” doesn’t help, because this is not just about unlinking it’s a technical issue that has wiped visible progress for active players. Can EA please escalate this to the correct team to investigate? I’d also like to know if other players are experiencing the same bug so we can get more visibility on it.
Add way more vehicle spawns
Add way more vehicle spawns to the maps, after you've made the maps bigger of course. Let's get a huge jet war going on here... let's have a dozen tanks... multiple helos, bigger explosions, more smoke, etc. I want a Steven Spielberg level war here. Anything less in 2025 is embarrassing.Apex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?
