Can't access account

I am currently having a problem with my actual account what I've been using for years and it has something to do with the email which I do not have anymore so I can't access neither touch it in anyway but it's the verification email so I can't access any of my ea accounts expect this one connected up to my new email if there are any advise you could give me or help I really need it because not being able to activate or access anything really sucks

    Hey Junglegotscammed, 

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
