Are you ever going to fix the matchmaking problems in the game modes? There isn’t a single match where the teams are balanced. I’m just a casual player and yet in every single game I have to go up against Masters, Preds, or controller players spamming full RE45. Meanwhile, I get matched with level 8 or 10 teammates. On top of that, every game starts at a disadvantage because for some reason people queue up and then disconnect right after. So we’re stuck outnumbered against Masters and Preds — HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PLAY FAIR LIKE THAT?? If this keeps up, I’m uninstalling this game, because it feels like everything is done to make sure I don’t enjoy it at all. Fix your AAA game. It’s like this every single day — how is that even possible? Every game is a disadvantage, what the hell is this?
Frequent occurrence of inactive teammates (bot accounts) in Wildcard matches
(rewrote and reposted) Hello Apex Legends Community, I want to share an issue I’ve been experiencing frequently in Wildcard matches. Recently, I have encountered a high rate of teammates with single-digit numbers or very simple English words as usernames, using default starting skins, who do not move at all after landing. This happens very often on the Japan server. It also occurs on the Singapore server, though somewhat less frequently. Previously, this used to be more common during the early morning hours when there were fewer participants. Last night, however, it even occurred around 0 am to 1 am, when there should be a very large number of players. The worst was a BOT in which neither of the two members of the trio, except myself, moved at all. This occurred twice last night. After that, I gave up playing after 5 more matches of cases where one of the trio was a BOT that never moved. I play on PS4 and have cross-progression(cross play) set up. I think all the BOT teammates that didn't work were probably PC accounts. I have been using the in-game report function, but the frequency of these accounts suggests that they may be systemically placed. Has anyone else experienced this? I hope this discussion can help raise awareness of this issue and encourage measures to reduce inactive/bot teammates. I’ve tried and tried to log into Apex Legends multiple times on my Xbox Series X in hopes that the cross progression prompt would appear and I could continue on my PlayStation progress. It hasn’t happened. For years… I need help and would love for my accounts to finally be linked so I can play on my Xbox because I don’t even want to touch the game until I can use my actual account. Both PlayStation and Xbox accounts are linked and they won’t merge.
