Cross progression, PS account gone
When cross progression was first added I linked my PS account with my EA account, then tried to merge them. When I opened the game it was as if nothing happened, only my PC account was being shown, with nothing from my PS account being brought over. Later when I tried using my PlayStation account on my PlayStation, it was still the PC account. It was as if my PS account had been deleted. Recently I wanted to start playing again, and hoped to use my account so for curiosity I used a third party Apex stat tracker and when I typed in my PS username nothing came up, when I typed in my EA apex username nothing came up, but when I typed in my Steam apex username an account popped up with level 197 (matching my PS one before I lost it), even though when I play now it says my level is level 67. It seems as if the account is still there in the background, just not being displayed. Another interesting thing is when I log in via EA and Steam my username is different, while being the same account.

I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons. I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game. So i've come to realize that my account is missing skins.
My Apex acc is missing a bunch of skins that i know for sure that i have owned previously. I don't know why things are missing but i know i owned other things that are now up for purchase during sales on event packs in the store. Like the Revenant rework event where you had 100 revs etc. All the frames from those previous events and also skins from those previous events are missing in my inventory but says i have to pay for them. EA will not recieve another cent from me until this **bleep** is sorted out. Like honestly i know for sure that i had certain border frames and badges and skins etc. Wich now are suddenly missing and only available for purchase. EA get ur **bleep** together bro. And it's not even just me. This happens to so many people and yall think it'll go unnoticed? THERE are so many skins and **bleep** that i earned for free ingame that are missing. And not to mention the **bleep** i payed for previously.Severe Lag Occurring Only in Cross-Play Ranked Matches
I’m a Japanese player playing in Asia. I play on PS5 and have been playing this game for three years. Since my friend plays on PC, we often play together using cross-play. Until November 2025, I was able to play ranked matches in cross-play without any issues, but starting in December, only the ranked matches in cross-play suddenly became very laggy. All other game modes still work normally, just like before. Therefore, the issue is not caused by my home internet connection. Please look into this issue. Thank you.
