Unlinking account issues
I've recently accidently linked my xbox account o a new steam profile(and my discord) unaware that progress is kept to the ea account and that there's a 6 month cooldown. anyone have any advice for getting in contact with ea support? I've tried contacting them on this account and the one I want to reconnect my xbox to but im not even getting the "help received" emails and it's been 2 weeks anyone have any advice for reaching ea support or know someone on the forums I can talk to in order to get help?Missing founders edition Items
I purchased the founders edition a while ago on xbox but the items from the pack get lost in cross progression: When playing on my xbox all the items are there with no problems, but when playing on playstation (which is my main console now and has been for the last 2 years) only the founders badge is transfered across. This means I cant see or use the Hemlock skin, founders frames, and founders skins that came with it. I have tried favoriting/equipping the skins on my xbox but when I switch back to playstation they are nowhere to be seen and my banner is reset to the default banner. This is a real pain becasue they are some of the coolest skins and banners in the game and it sucks them being platform locked. Dear Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent and frustrating technical issue that I have been unable to resolve. I'm hoping you can assist me in troubleshooting it. The problem occurs specifically when I am playing Apex Legends. During practice in the firing range, my system will experience severe stuttering and audio skipping within 10 to 20 minutes of starting. Simultaneously, my Wi-Fi connection will drop, and I have found that the Wi-Fi driver itself disappears and becomes disabled in the device manager. Interestingly, if I immediately press Alt+F4 to close Apex Legends, my Wi-Fi returns to normal and everything on the system functions correctly again. This issue seems to be exclusively triggered by playing this specific game. Here are my computer's specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5-14600K BOX GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 9070 XT Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z790-E WIFI II RAM: DDR5 32GB (16GB x 2) @ 6000MHz, CL36 PSU: Seasonic Vertex GX-850 ATX 3.1 Cooling: Lian Li SHDROYSHIFT II LCD 360 AIO I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists: Replaced all hardware components (no change). Performed clean installations of Windows 10 and Windows 11 (23H2 and 24H2 versions), but the issue remains. Lol here I am years later (which I saw coming) still without the battlepass badges I grinded for. when cross progression came out you guys literally said you were working on it and it wouldn’t be swept under the rug. 3 years later and big surprise all my badges lost from cross progression still aren’t recovered.7Views0likes0CommentsStill missing badges
@EA_Mako Has there been any word on the fixing of missing badges that were earned by purchasing battlepasses? I have been stripped of almost all of my badges because of the AI generated system. I would like to speak to someone about this that can help resolve this issue. If they can go and help the bigger names to retrieve all of their stuff that they earned and paid for fair and square then why cant the smaller names get what they deserve as well?Solved1.1KViews3likes21CommentsCross progression, PS account gone
When cross progression was first added I linked my PS account with my EA account, then tried to merge them. When I opened the game it was as if nothing happened, only my PC account was being shown, with nothing from my PS account being brought over. Later when I tried using my PlayStation account on my PlayStation, it was still the PC account. It was as if my PS account had been deleted. Recently I wanted to start playing again, and hoped to use my account so for curiosity I used a third party Apex stat tracker and when I typed in my PS username nothing came up, when I typed in my EA apex username nothing came up, but when I typed in my Steam apex username an account popped up with level 197 (matching my PS one before I lost it), even though when I play now it says my level is level 67. It seems as if the account is still there in the background, just not being displayed. Another interesting thing is when I log in via EA and Steam my username is different, while being the same account.20Views0likes0Commentslegacy

I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons. I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game.
