Cross Progression Badges
Was there ever an update or fix to missing content from the cross progression wave? I had more hours on my console than my PC, but my PC was higher under the same EA account so that became the “primary.” I lost cosmetics and badges I paid for or acquired in console battle passes and got stuck with an account that I basically hadn’t touched in years. I stopped playing the game entirely because of this and haven’t since 2023. Did EA ever correct their mistake or are they still just going with the mantra of deal with it?Issues with cross progression
Hello I'm having issues I played Apex Legends on my Xbox One and I have saved progress I logged into EA play on EA accounts to cross progression on my brother-in-law's PS5 on my account but it's not showing anything on the EA account my Xbox account and place this account log into the same account and it's not showing the cross progression on PS5 from XboxIssues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Hi, I play Apex Legends on PS5, and my friend plays on Nintendo Switch 2. Recently, my Switch 2 friend gets disconnected from Ranked matches at a very high rate and is sent back to the lobby with a "Cannot connect to server" message. Details of the issue: - When we queue for Ranked together, my Switch 2 friend frequently gets kicked back to the lobby while I successfully enter the match. - This results in me starting the match short-handed (2-player squad instead of 3). - The Switch 2 player’s Ranked points do NOT decrease and they receive NO penalty when disconnected. - This means the bug could potentially be exploited — the remaining players face no RP loss risk. - The issue happens at a high rate in Ranked, but occasionally occurs in other modes as well, with no clear pattern. - A workaround that sometimes helps: restarting the game, or entering the Firing Range and returning to the lobby before queuing again. However, this does not always work. - The common factor is always crossplay between PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. We believe this is a crossplay-related bug specific to PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. I used to play on PS4 since launch (around 2019–2021), but after logging in on my PS5 recently, my account progress is completely reset (level, rank, and unlocked legends). I believe my PlayStation account may not be linked to the correct EA account, or my progress is not showing. I play on ps5 and my friend plays on Xbox series x. Usually we play together, but out of nowhere we couldn't play anymore. We were friended, but we cant see each other on the friend list. We have tried everything, from unfriended and friending back, to deleting the game, and switching network settings. All of our in game settings check in as well, like the cross platform settings.
