I had gotten a PS5 for Christmas and I am having trouble linking my account. I stopped playing Apex Legends about 3–4 years ago and am only now coming back. During that time, I discovered that my Steam account had been hacked. I eventually secured and fixed the account, but it seems that a couple of my games, including Apex Legends, were automatically banned during that period. I have been trying to appeal this case for a long time now but haven’t received any real response or help yet. I would really appreciate even a small amount of assistance from an EA support or staff member to help get my account reviewed and unbanned, as I have purchased many items and multiple season passes in the past and still plan on doing so in the future. I honestly don’t understand why my account was banned. The reason given was “Gameplay enhancement,” with the ban issued on June 26, 2024. At that time, I wasn’t really playing Apex Legends at all. I was mainly playing racing games such as Assetto Corsa, not Apex. Thank you in advance for taking the time to look into this. Hello. To give some background i had received an XBOX 1 from my father years ago and started playing apex legends around launch. After a few years of owning my fathers old xbox the xbox account was locked out from being logged into on any other xbox, so unfortunately i had to create a completely new xbox account. This resulted in me having to create a new EA account and there fore a new apex legends account. I have years of progression and hundreds of dollars put into the game i absolutely need to recover this account. (THIS WAS ALSO POSTED IN TECHNICAL ISSUES) In-Game Name: vXource Hey all! So after 2 EA Customer Service reps and hours of mind-numbing and repetitive explanation, it seems they cannot assist me and now I am here. The issue is with a code I have redeemed on Microsoft/Xbox. The code is for the Founder's Bundle and was redeemed successfully. All the items, save the 2,000 Apex Coins, are showing up on my Xbox. However, when I swap to PC, either EA or Steam, the only item showing up is the badge. The legend skins & frames for Wraith/Gibraltar/Bloodhound, the legendary Hemlok Skin, and the 2,000 coins are not appearing on any other platform except for the Xbox, where all aforementioned items DO show up, except the coins. I redeemed the code on 1-27-2026 and saw the items in-game on my Xbox the following night around 7PM. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling on all platforms, verifying file integrity on all platforms, and even equipping the items on my Xbox to see if they would appear on other platforms. The latter of the 3 was what shocked me; all of the skins and frames equipped simply reverted back to the Default variant when I swap to other platforms. Then, going back to the Xbox, the items are still equipped and showing as available. It's been so frustrating trying to figure this out but I believe it has to be some odd flaw with the Cross-Progression syncing. I am more than willing to provide the redemption code and the order number from Microsoft/Xbox in order to verify the integrity of my purchase. Hopefully this gets resolved soon and someone from the Developer Team can assist me. I don't believe it to be an operator error but if so, enlighten me and educate me.
