Cross progression to pc
Hey I’ve been playing apex almost since release I’ve had the same account linked to my PlayStation we can back track purchases and all I just want to play on a pc I have my console logged in but I can’t on pc. Because the email is my mom’s old yahoo email and it’s been deactivated. I was wondering what I need to do to be able to play on pc.acount merging
hi i belive that due to the fact that my acount was played in 3 devices ps4 ps5 and now pc i have lost a significant amount of progress and skins (as i was around lvl 250) i belive this hapend as there must have been a mix up in the merge due to me haveing cosmetics from all around in an order that doesnt make sence to (i have a season 1 tracker for lifeline) but no season 1 battlepass badge is there something you guys can do? i also have screenshots of the psn app that prove that this apex acount was active from 2019 to 20222 Xbox accounts in 1 EA Account
Me and my brothers Xbox accounts were connected to his EA account and we just recently disconnected mine from his and I lost all my stuff from doing so. Is there any way I could get my data back or am I dead in the water (I had an heirloom and a lot of cool stuff). Also somehow all my Siege stuff was still there, Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Lost everything after cross progression
I combined by steam account with my xbox account because i usually play on xbox and wanted all my stuff from both accounts on one so i did the cross progression thing and lost everything from my xbox account for example i had every legend unlocked up to when catalyst came out on my xbox but not steam and now i only have what i had unlocked on my steam account and i had multiple event skins for each legend im missing all of them i was also level 300 on xbox and level 60 on pc and now my account level is 60 and im missing a hierloom and another thing i bought the starter pack things for octane and lifeline i have those but i dont have anything else i only bought them on my xbox account just wondering if anyone can help me fix this please and thanks!Why can I only link my PlayStation account to EA once and never again?
I’m having trouble linking my PlayStation account to my current EA account. Every time I try, I get an error saying that a PlayStation account can only be linked to one EA account for its entire lifetime. Even after disconnecting it from the previous EA account, I still can’t connect it to my own email. Originally, my PlayStation account was linked to my dad’s email because that was the main email at the time. Now that I use my own email, I want to transfer the link so everything is under my account. It doesn’t make sense that there’s no way to change this, there should be an option to reassign or relink it. I really need to speak with someone who can help link my accounts properly. The reason I’m trying to do this is that I want to connect my PlayStation account to my PC while keeping other people’s information off my computer. Please, I just need help getting my accounts linked correctly.
