Linking problems
I have a strange problem, so i was playing on playstation, and when i switched to PC, what happened is that i used my old EA account that i was using on playstation, but the thing when i went to the settings, PSN was unlinked?? and they told me it was link to a new e-mail which is my playstation (never had this account before), so when i signed there, my level went back to 0? i unlinked it and linked it back to my old one and couldnt find my progression too..???? please help
Missing Skins and Progress
Today i reinstalled apex after have it uninstalled for about 5 months. when i got in made me log into my account which i was confused because its never made me do that before. I have found out that my account was hacked I have got that fixed but when i log into my account my stuff is still missing. I dont have any purchase receipts from EA as they never sent me any but I many in my email of steam invoice purchases on the game
Suspicious Player Performance and Hit‑Registration Issues in Recent Match
Please look at the attachments. It was not even two or three minutes into the match, and the other team was racking up kills effortlessly. On top of that, every time I got close to securing a kill, several of my shots failed to register (see video). This happened in every single engagement during this match. In the match right before this one, I had no issues at all. What’s going on here? Are those players cheating, or are the matchmaking mechanics still broken?
Heirloom Butterfly Knife for Octane disappeared
I obtained several heirloom shards approximately 4-5 years ago and used them to unlock the Butterfly Knife for Octane. I recently returned to Apex Legends and have been playing actively on PC. When I checked my Octane cosmetics, the Butterfly Knife is completely missing from my inventory. Additional Information: I have already contacted EA Support. They informed me that they can only check account history for the last 30 days, which makes it impossible for them to verify a purchase/unlock from 4-5 years ago. This is very frustrating. I spent a lot of time and Apex Packs to get those heirloom shards, and now one of the items I crafted with them is simply gone. It feels like all that effort was for nothing. Thank you.
Possible False "Gameplay Enhancement" Ban From FPS Launch Commands?
Recently, my Apex Legends account with around 3,000 hours was permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". I want to be clear: I have never cheated, used scripts, macros, recoil tools, wallhacks, aimbot, or any third-party gameplay software. I reached Predator in Season 27, stopped playing for a while, and came back at the start of Season 29. After playing ranked for about two days, I was banned mid-game while warming up in Wildcard. The only unusual thing I had was a set of FPS/performance launch commands I copied from a popular YouTube video: +fps_max 139 -forcenovsync -dev -high -novid -fullscreen -preload -no_render_on_input_thread +r_drawparticles 0 +mat_compressedtextures 1 +cl_ragdoll_collide 0 +mat_disable_fancy_blending 1 +lobby_max_fps 0 After reading other EA forum posts, I noticed multiple players banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" mentioning similar FPS/config commands. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking EA/Respawn to please review whether these performance configs could be causing false flags, and to clarify what launch commands are or are not allowed. If anyone else was banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" after using FPS commands or configs, please reply so EA can see whether this is affecting more players.
