During the recent account progression update on Apex Legends - my teamwork badge for (10kills throughout the whole team) did not transfer. Anyone else having badge transfer issues? A little upsetting because it is a hard badge to obtain and it surely gives me more dps by wearing it.Solved204Views0likes4Commentsattention players

Since Tuesday 15th of April, I haven't been able to see any of my PS4 or PS5 friends in Apex Legends. They disappeared from my friends list, and even after re-adding them, I still can't see them online or in-game. Additionally, in the Apex Legends settings, the "Cross Platform Play" option is greyed out and cannot be turned on. Troubleshooting I've Tried: Checked my Xbox settings, including privacy and multiplayer permissions – didn’t find anything blocking cross-platform play. Rebooted my Xbox Series X. Checked for system and game updates. Re-logged into my account. Change server Nothing has resolved the issue so far. My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Can someone please help?I link my steam account to EA account and my game progress is missed!

I need help pls!! .Weapon recoil decreases when "Always Sprint" is turned off
Subject: Possible Bug – Weapon recoil decreases when "Always Sprint" is turned off Hello Apex Legends team, I want to report a potential bug related to the "Always Sprint" option. When this option is disabled, the weapon recoil appears to be noticeably reduced in some situations. This does not seem to be an intended behavior and might be caused by how the game processes player states or input. Here are some possible explanations I would like to offer: First, there may be a bug in how animation states transition. Disabling "Always Sprint" might make the game treat the character as walking or aiming more consistently, which could unintentionally reduce recoil. Second, the character’s movement speed might affect recoil calculation. When "Always Sprint" is off, the slower movement might trigger a different recoil response. Third, there might be a synchronization issue between the client and server. If the movement state is recognized differently on each side, it could lead to inconsistent recoil values. Fourth, when switching to aim-down-sights from a sprinting state, the transition might not reset properly if "Always Sprint" is on. This could be avoided when the option is turned off, creating different recoil behavior. Finally, the way different input devices handle sprinting (keyboard versus controller) may lead to variations in how the game interprets the movement state. In short, disabling "Always Sprint" seems to unintentionally reduce weapon recoil in some scenarios. If this is not intended, I hope the team can look into this behavior. Thank you for your time and support for the Apex community. Sincerely, [A player]3Views0likes0CommentsSubject: Issue with Cross-Progression Transfer (PS4 to Steam)
Dear Support Team, I attempted to transfer my progress from PS4 to Steam more than 24 hours ago, but the cross-progression has still not been completed. I have already discussed this matter with a support representative via chat, but there has been no progress so far. I believe this may be a bug or some other technical issue. If this is indeed a bug preventing the transfer, I would like to request a refund for any in-game purchases or currency associated with my PS4 account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Best regards,8Views0likes0Comments
