I NEED HELP PLEASE
It's been years since my XBOX account is linked with an old EA account with an old email that doesn't exist anymore & that is impossible to get back. I tried many times to unlinked my XBOX account from this email, but it's impossible to do so without being connected with the email. I need someone from EA to help me. I just bought the new Battlefield 6 & I want to play it on my Xbox while being connected with my "new" EA account. Please unlinked my XBOX account from the old EA account. Bonjours à tous ! Actuellement bien embêter, je demande votre aide. Mon compte EA actuel est avec une adresse mail que je ne peux plus accéder, ils me demande de comfirmer mon identité. Savez vous comment je peux dissocier ce compte et l’associer avec une autre adresse mail ? Ou changer d’adresse mail sur ce compte EA ? Merci de m’aider EA me répond pas, et j’ai peur qu’on ne peux pas les joindre par Téléphone.
