Transferring Players in Clubs Creates Duplicate
Dear EA Sports Team, I am writing to report a critical database bug affecting the Edit Teams > Club Transfers menu in FC 26. Summary of the Issue: When attempting to transfer a player from one club to another, the player is successfully added to the new destination club, but they are not removed from their original club. This creates a permanent duplicate/clone in the squad database. Why this happens: This bug is highly triggered by players who are linked to multiple squad layers simultaneously, such as National Teams or special "XI" Ghost Squads However, since Title Update 1.6.0, it has also started affecting regular players without any "XI" labels. Impact: This completely breaks custom squad editing, corrupts roster files, and causes the game to crash when attempting to start a Kick-Off match or save squads with these duplicated player IDs. Please investigate this squad database logic and deploy a fix via the next Squad Update or Title Update as soon as possible. I went play bf6 this morning and the entire game was gone from my ps5 pro, I re-downloaded it and then came the updates which do not install, they are simply sitting there saying installable. I don't want installable I want bloody installed, starting to feel ripped off. Stuck on old version despite all the new features supposedly added, WTFLost Expansion Packs
I have bought multiple packs that just aren't showing up anymore. They all say that they are installed in the ea ap but when I run the game I just have the base game., I keep seeing people saying to hit "repair game" under "manage" but that just does not exist for me. The only thing I am able to click is "manage add-ons" and that just shows me that my packs are installed. What can I do because I will not be paying $200 to get the packs back that I have had for years.Please HELP!!!
so i have purchased kits and stuff packs from the sims store and they arent showing on the ea app but the expansion packs and game packs ive bought from the sims store are showing. ive cleared my cache ive went offline and online ive even went into the regional settings hit edit and save ive repaired the game multiple times and they still arent syncing together and cause of this it tells me i dont have content downloaded when i get stuff off the gallery but when it shows what packs etc used it shows i own them. can someone please help im getting so frustrated over this. do i need to send an email to ea and show them proof ive bought the stuffThe Sims 4 CD Question
So, I know I have The Sims 4 on PC via the EA App that I still use, however if I have an original Sims 4 CD from sometime in 2017-2019 that I still have, is there any way I can still use the CD on a separate account/device to run an older version of the game? Hello, I am having a serious issue launching EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC. I purchased the game through Steam. When I click “Play” on Steam, the EA/EA Javelin Anticheat loading screen appears for a few seconds. After the loading finishes, everything closes and the game does not launch. No EA FC 26 game window actually appears, and no error message is shown on screen. The game seems to crash before the first real launch, because no EA SPORTS FC 26 configuration or save folder has been created in “Documents”. My PC meets the minimum requirements for the game. Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 3.60 GHz RAM: 16 GB Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6400, 4 GB VRAM System: Windows 11 64-bit Windows information: Windows 11 version 25H2 OS Build: 26200.8524 The error recorded in Windows Reliability Monitor is the following: Source: EA Javelin Anticheat Summary: Stopped working Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\eaanticheat.gameservice.exe Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe Application Version: 1.0.59074.0 Fault Module Name: StackHash_1041 Fault Module Version: 10.0.26100.8328 Exception Code: c0000374 Exception Offset: PCH_BF_FROM_ntdll+0x00000000001627F4 OS Version: 10.0.26200.2.0.0.256.48 In addition, Windows Event Viewer shows several EA Javelin Anticheat logs saying that the game “fc26.exe exited unexpectedly”. In the event log file I saved, there are dozens of similar entries, all related to EA Javelin Anticheat. Most of them show code 0xFFFFFFFF, and in a few attempts the code 0x186AA appeared. So the issue seems to happen during the Steam, EA App, EA Javelin Anticheat, and FC26.exe launch process. The game never actually opens. I have already tried repairing EA Javelin Anticheat from the game folder. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling EA Javelin Anticheat, clearing the EA App cache using App Recovery, manually uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, running both the EA App and Steam as administrator, verifying the game files through Steam, updating the AMD Radeon RX 6400 driver, repairing or reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64 and x86 packages, confirming that Secure Boot is enabled, disabling Steam, EA App, Discord, AMD Adrenalin and Xbox Game Bar overlays, testing with background apps closed, and checking Windows Update. There are no additional updates available in Windows Update. I also looked for the EA FC 26 settings folder in Documents, but it does not exist, probably because the game never fully starts. None of these steps solved the issue. I would like to know if there is any known incompatibility between EA Javelin Anticheat and Windows 11 version 25H2, build 26200.8524, because the crash is happening specifically in this file: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\eaanticheat.gameservice.exe, with exception code c0000374. This does not seem to be a hardware issue, since my PC meets the minimum requirements. It also does not seem to be a simple Steam issue, because the recorded crash is related to EA Javelin Anticheat. Please, could the EA team check whether this EA Javelin Anticheat crash on Windows 11 25H2 build 26200 is already known, and whether there is any fix, beta version of the EA App/Javelin, official workaround, or estimated update? Description of the issue: Video’s from the Replay Editor are not getting exported and wont count towards the Trophy Achievement “Without the Footy, it’s Fiction” Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: whenever you try exporting a Video from the Replay Editor Platform: Playstation 5 Troubleshooting steps already performed: Uninstalled the game and Reinstalled it twice but it hasn’t worked out. Detailed Description of issue: If I open the Replay Editor and try to export a 15 second long Replay. It will immediately show me a Pop Up Screen saying “Video failed to export. Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem in der EA App: Mir wird bei den Add-ons "Retro Fit & Chic-Set" sowie "Grunge-Revival-Set" permanent angezeigt, dass ich die Downloads über Steam verwalten muss. Das ergibt leider keinen Sinn, da ich Die Sims 4 schon immer über die EA App spiele und auch alle meine DLCs direkt dort gekauft habe. Ich habe testweise sogar das Basisspiel über Steam heruntergeladen (inklusive der DLCs), aber selbst dann tauchen die beiden Sets nicht in meinem EA-App-Spielstand auf. Ich wäre inzwischen sogar bereit, die beiden Sets einfach noch einmal direkt über die EA App zu kaufen, um das Problem zu lösen – aber die App blockiert das, da sie denkt, ich besitze sie bereits über Steam. Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar, wie ich diese fehlerhafte Lizenz-Verknüpfung lösen kann! ;)
