CAS STILL broken after newest update
Just came here to say, for the unfortunate 5th day in a row, that CAS is still causing my entire game to crash and I still have to force-exit through task manager (I describe the full issue in my previous post). Atp just give me my money back if I’m not allowed to play the game I paid money for. They’re not even addressing the CAS issue at all either, just the other bugs which they’ve already updated more than once. Hi ! I have a problem in my game when I want to save my game.. I receive a message that tells me: "Save error. Error code: 0.". I don't know what can I do.. The Sims 4 CAS won't open after update.
Hello guys, My game ran the newest update and after loading up the game. Create A Sim will NOT work. It stays at the loading screen on a continuous loop. Is anyone else having this isse? I have had to force close the game each time because it simpley wont work. I used minimal MODS, I do have a lot of maxis match CC but everything was fine until after the update. My UI just is just not working since the new update 7/24/2024
So when I first open the game everything seems okay, but then you look at the menu on the bottom right hand the icons don't match up to what they're supposed to be. I can click on them for a bit, but I can't scroll or interact with them, and if I keep playing the game, the menus stop opening up. The same goes for the top right-hand corner. All the menus don't open up, and I can't quit the game. I have to force quit the game to exit so I can't save the gameplay.3KViews34likes17Comments
Game not functioning since update july 23 2024
I cannot play my game. Whenever I clicked on the simology panel or traveled or basically did anything the game would completely stop working. The arrows on the parenting traits (responsibility/empathy/manners etc...) would flash green and red. I couldn't click on the three dots to save or anything. I traveled to high school with my teen sim and the icon for the sim wouldn't load and I couldn't click on it and the moodlets were just like boxes with no words or symbols. I tried to manage worlds to fix it and the game would just go black but the buttons on the top right would remain but clicking on them did nothing. The gallery is one of my fav place of the game, but it's completely broken. Here are the list of numerous bugs I encounter on the gallery ever since 2023 and it hasn't been fixed, even though 2 of them were supposed to be. Repairing the game, cleaning cache etc nothing works The favourited creations do not appear on the gallery after 5 rows, only 5 rows appear and it's been like this for 2 years even though it was supposedly fixed. If we have to download every creation we like, our tray folder will quickly get to dozens of GB Ever since For Rent, me and others, encounter corrupted non rental lots which are impossible to erase from in game. I can only erase them through tray importer Some players are unable to follow and it's not due to the limit. It has been resolved for me in june but remains for other players. You follow certains creators and you leave the game, when you reopen you're not following them. I had to follow some creators about 10x before it actually counted This was supposedly been fixed but all friends/ following still remain with the "anonymous" user X/ infinite 9 numbers for the lot cost and even the date. This has been resolved for me but remains for other players Bring back gallery notifications bc we'd like to know when someone comments or asks so we can respond, and also get notified when creators we follow interact with a creation which allows us to discover Bring back the total number of downloads (at least for the creator to see only) Update the allowed following number to at least 500, there are lots of great creators plus we can support new ones. Only 300 is not enough, and most of the players will prioritize bigger accounts over new ones with this limit If anyone encounters these bugs, do not hesistate to interact with the post and comment, especially if you encounter other bugs I haven't mentionned EA Please please fix these gallery issues we encounter for months now coz the gallery is an essential part of the game for any player. The game is broken

After the recent update my game does not work. I can open the house I want to play from the opening menu, but I cannot switch characters, or interact with objects. When I try to exit the house to view the town the game just stays on the loading screen and doesn't go further. Also, I have to end the game through task manager to exit. The game wont close when I try to close from the game menu; it just stays on the loading screen... Why is it that EVERYTIME they do an update SOMETHING doesn't work.. The game was working fine, then they do this update and now I can't play my game. It's frustrating for me/people who don't have much free time to play; I finally get a chance to log in and BOOM- UPDATE... Now the game doesn't work.. I claimed all of my event rewards and I used them a couple of times but the other day when I entered the build menu to use the trashcan, it was missing from the menu. I feel like it's an easy fix and do it as DLC like early access content which would prevent it from just disappearing. I still have ALL of the DLC I own which totals well over $1000 and to have just a few free items go missing is incredibly frustrating, especially when the items are objectively more normal and easier to use.378Views9likes6Comments
