Season pass

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Season Pass system. I purchased the paid Season Pass, but the service is currently showing as unavailable, and I’m unable to earn any progression. I’ve already finished matches, but there are no players and no progress is being tracked.

This is extremely frustrating, especially after paying for the pass. I expect the service to function properly, and it’s not acceptable that paid content isn’t working as intended. I would like a resolution or compensation for the time and content I’m missing due to this issue.

Please look into this and advise on how to fix it or what the next steps are.
