Dreadwolf: I am still hoping
Hello everyone, Yes I am one of the sad people who think that Veilguard is no Dragon Age, hear me out... The Dragon-Age Lover that I am bought myself merch of Veilguard anyways? Why? Because it is Dragon Age and I am still hoping. What would stand inbetween having Veilguard for whoever likes that AND DreadWolf as an alternative Timeline. I have the Artbook and saw all the plans originally for Dreadwolf and I sit there and just keep saying "I want to play that game!" And get sad about to what it was reduced to. I do not care that Veilguard and Dreadwolf possibly has a similar ending chapter. So be it. But for Dreadwolf? I'd love that game, some of the stuff I had seen in the Artbooks, much more story, much more gameplay, much deeper Characters, so much time to explore and enjoy Thedas. I dig that. I've played Origins through almost two dozend times (still praying for that remake), Dragon Age 2 I play that every now and then just for fun, just because I can, I have around 1000+ hours in Inquisition I play it on PC and PS4. I love them. Unfortunatelly, as much as I apprechiate the developers trying to make us happy with Veilguard, it does not feel like Dragon Age. Solid game, played it through twice. Solid game - good work devs. But not a Dragon Age, it made me miss Dragon Age while playing it. (I started a full run through all the Dragon Age games again because it teased just enough Dragon Age to miss the actual DA games.) I would love for a game where the keep actually mattered. I still look the videos from the DA Keep listening to Varric telling the story of our world. I love it, and I doubt I would be the only person that would love to play what was planned in Dreadwolf. So #PleaseGiveUsDADreadwolf ??? Thanks to everyone who read that far.Cannot Refund Newly Purchased Dragon Age II and No Support Available
Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund, and I don’t want to keep a game I do not need just because of a system malfunction. Please help me complete this refund. Thank you.DA2: Unable to launch
After playing DA2 Ultimate Edition (bought on Steam), it fails to launch on PC. I've been having issues with it from the start: the game wouldn't launch in full window mode and would crash frequently. Then it started having issues launching. I tried: Disabling every overlay possible (which did help at first, it seemed). Ending EA background processes. Running the game offline. Running the EA app as an administrator. EA app recovery. Verifying the file integrity in Steam. Reinstalling the EA app. Reinstalling the game. Nothing seems to be working now. The game is refusing to launch. Are there any reliable solutions, or should I just give up and get my refund? Here's the error I get:Can't Launch Dragon Age 2 - Invalid license.
Hey, I tried all the solutions suggested in other forums to launch Dragon Age 2 on EA APP but with no luck. i read more than 4 forums and tried every solution. summary attached: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL d3dx9_43.dll Error: 0x000000c1. even after all of this and 2 days of trying I am unable to launch it. hopefully you have sometime to look into this and help me play DA2 :).80Views0likes2CommentsCan I get staff of Parthenon on PlayStation?
I know very few people are playing Dragon Age 2 these days, but I’m trying to get the reward items through dragon age keep. I’m playing on PS3 and every time I hit request unlock, it just says to refresh the page and try again. Does anyone know if there’s a way to fix this?Question about Authorizing/Acquiring DA2 DLC
So for clarity - I own Dragon Age 2 (and the Black Emporium). But I do not think I actually purchased any other DLC's. For some reason, I thought EA was giving them for free via their DLC for old games site where you can download and install them, but when I do that, it mentions (Unauthorized). In theory - this makes sense if you are supposed to purchase them. So I have 2 questions: Does EA only give you the option to download/install the DLC, but you in fact still need proof of purchasing the DLC in order to play it? Are there any options for buying the DLC that don't include purchasing DA2: Ultimate Edition? (Which seems to be the only solution I've seen offered).Solved274Views0likes6CommentsDLC missing - Upgrade everyone to Dragon Age 2 Ultimate
My Dragon Age 2 (on EA) no longer has the DLC's. Just the Black Emporium. I have read that this occurred to many people when Origins app transition to the EA app. EA has released the DLC's for free, strangely as a separate installer (not via EA store). The problem is there appears to be a limbo for those that have the Standard Edition (or the Ultimate edition that may mistakenly be recorded as Standard) cannot load the free DLC's as the released DLC's aren't even compatible with the EA version. This reddit post clarifies the position. https://www.reddit.com/r/dragonage/comments/11pjcla/rant_on_ea_regarding_dragon_age_ii_dlcs_situation/ It seems those that have the game as Standard are completely unable to play the DLC's. Worse still if you acquired the Ultimate edition and it is now recorded as Standard, there is no way to get that back. Given the DLC's have been released for free (yet, remarkably don't even work with the EA edition) and since the Origin app was discontinued resulting in DLC being removed from accounts. Can EA just blanket upgrade everybody to Ultimate edition to ensure all DLC's are properly recorded? This will fix the issue I've seen where DLC has gone missing for some, and as the EA has already released the DLC for free (albeit doesn't work) it makes sense to simply ensure that DLC is available on the EA store to fix the missing DLC issues some are having. My Dragon Age 2 says ' Standard Edition owned', yet the Overview says 'In Dragon Age II Ultimate edition, you play as Hawke ...' Seems to be an unusual state where only DA2 Ultimate exists on the store, and some are stuck with Standard (or downgraded to Standard since EA App) and have no means to get working access to the DLC.111Views0likes1CommentDragon age 2 et ses DLC
Bonjour. Cordialement, DyurishakkaDragon Age 2 not running... sometimes
Hello there, I am having serious problems trying to play DA2 in PC. Sometimes the game launches at the first time, but most of the time it shows running at the background in the Task Manager, but there is no window open for the game. Usually, I end the DA2 task on the Task Manager, which launches again the EA app and try again until the game launches, but I haven't found a permanent solution to this. Any suggestion? tks in advance!Solved126Views0likes6Comments"Dragon Age 2" pakiet VC++ Runetime Redistributable
