My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?
Purchased Sims 25th Anniversary Not Showing in Library
Ugh >.< So annoyed I bought the bundle and will show you in photos but its not coming up in my EA App. It's under my personal email, it shows on the site that I have it but for w/e reason it is not coming up on my EA APP. So this shows all the games I have not much. HERE YOU CAN SEE THAT I BOUGHT THE DANG THING, lol it is post to be in my library but it isn't. Also, I'm just showing that I bought it today and it shows a completed process but it is not the EA APP. I clean all the cache, data, you name it, I restarted my PC. would like to play my game so I can live it like its 2001 :)Sims 4 and expansions GONE
I recently logged in after downloading the new EA app and my Sims games were all there and their expansions, no problem. Fast forward to today, NONE of the games are in my library. It says I own the main game, Sims 4, but all the expansion packs say I need to pay for them again. I'm very upset by this. Anyone else dealt with this or had it fixed by EA? I did send in a support ticket
None of my EA games on the App open
Every time I try to open an EA game from the EA app it says it fails to connect to the EA servers every time without fail for every game. It has been like this for the last 2 days I have tried resetting internet plugging in ethernet using a different network everything. I have updated the app to the latest version I have repaired the games deleted and reinstalled them all I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and nothing has worked. I have contacted support and even they don't know what's going on so I'm really puzzled and have no clue why it won't work.
Error Code 108
Coming here again to clarify somethings. Every time I open the EA app I get error code 108, which means according to the EA app, I'm not connected to the internet. Now I remember on my old laptop with Origin I'd sometimes have to mess around with Proxies, but they're all where they should be. I just really want to play the game I've spent $$$$ on and I'd appreciate help
Please help, The Sims 4 game license is invalid.
I decided to download The Sims 4, yesterday the game started and worked, but today after I reinstalled it, a notification appeared that the game license is invalid. Clearing the EA application cache did not help, I deleted the game and the application itself several times, but this did not help either. I will be glad for any help...
DLC not showing up in game
Hello everyone, I am having some trouble with my sims 4 DLC. I recently bought the Dine Out, Home Chef Hussle, & Sweet Slumber Party DLC. When I open my game & try to make a new game only the Sweet Slumber Party dlc shows up. I have uninstalled & installed the game many times & repaired it in the EA app but nothing is helping. If anyone has any idea how to fix this please help me!
Make a better version of the "Offline Mode"
Since last time when the servers weren't reachable.. we would love a new version of the "Offline Mode" I mean, if the servers doesn't work, instead of telling us "error", just redirect to the "offline mode", like this we will still be able to play, and we won't need to disconnect the wifi to be able to play in offline mode..
EA App Stuck on 2% "preparing"
I'm trying to install Sims 2: The legacy pack and it is stuck on 2% "preparing". I had this same issue earlier this year when trying to re-download Sims 4 on my new laptop, but I did the steps EA suggested, clearing the cache, running it as admin etc, and that worked. But today, those steps are not working for sims 2: legacy.
