'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?
I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder in my program files, tried running as administrator, tried everything else people mentioned. I forced a game update, an app update, and all produced no results. What is the point of having a game you can't open? I never had this problem before the app. Yes, my new laptop meets and exceeds all requirements. Running Windows 11. What else can I do? And if the error is on EA Games end, why can't they fix it? My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?
EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.
