My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?

Ugh >.< So annoyed I bought the bundle and will show you in photos but its not coming up in my EA App. It's under my personal email, it shows on the site that I have it but for w/e reason it is not coming up on my EA APP. So this shows all the games I have not much. HERE YOU CAN SEE THAT I BOUGHT THE DANG THING, lol it is post to be in my library but it isn't. Also, I'm just showing that I bought it today and it shows a completed process but it is not the EA APP. I clean all the cache, data, you name it, I restarted my PC. would like to play my game so I can live it like its 2001 :)
EA app bugged
im pretty sure the ea app is broken for me for the past day or two all my friends are showing as offline and i appear offline for them too. i think its because theyre on an updated version of the ea app while mine isnt. they got the prompt to restart the app to update but i havent gotten it. unfortunately because of this i cannot invite or join them to play games. one of my friends was online for me yesterday and i was online for him too but he got the prompt to update the ea app and then when he updated i appeared offline for him and he appeared offline for me ive tried the following: reinstalled the app cleared cache tried the repair option in installer deleted/blocked my friends and unblocked and re added left the pc on overnight with the ea app open hoping to get the update app prompt ran ea app as admin tried different ea account changed dns servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 nothing works and unfortunately the 2 games im trying to play need my friends to be online for me to invite or join them and because its bugged where i appear offline for everyone and everyone appears offline for me, i cannot do anything (yes i checked if i have appear offline is enabled and it isnt, i am online). its strange that i can send messages and my friends send messages to me in the app but it still shows me as offline. any help would be appreciated, maybe there is a way to force update the app that i dont know of.
EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.friends not showing online
This started 2 days ago. my friends and i were playing pga tour the night before. and poof out of no were we all cant see each other online nor send game invites to each other. i dont get it billion dollar company and they cant get a simple app to work 😡😡. Does anyone else have this issue or a way to fix it. i have tried clering the cache and logging out and back in i even blocked them and unblocked them and still nothing.
