Abbonamento EA Play Pro
Qualche giorno fa ho fatto l'upgrade da EA Play ad EA Play Pro, il primo tentativo non è andato a buon fine ma mi sono stati scalati i soldi di attivazione, dopo qualche minuto la richiesta è andata a buon fine e mi hanno scalato peer la seconda volta lo stesso importo per l'attivazione dell'abbonamento. Ho fatto svariate ricerche sul sito EA per effettuare la richiesta di rimborso senza trovare una soluzione. Nella sezione rimborsi non è possibile richiedere rimborso per il pagamento non andato a buon fine

Hello EA Team, I’m from Tajikistan, and I want to subscribe to EA Play / EA Play Pro, but my account is automatically set to Russia, and I cannot pay with my Visa card issued in Tajikistan. Tajikistan users are currently not able to buy games or subscriptions officially, because we are not listed as a supported country in the EA billing system. Please, consider adding Tajikistan as a supported region or allow payments with international cards (Visa/MasterCard) issued in Tajikistan. Unlike Russia, which is affected by sanctions, cards from Tajikistan work worldwide and can be used for international payments. There are many players in Tajikistan who want to support EA officially and play games like Battlefield, FIFA, Apex, etc., but currently cannot pay legally. Payment failed, but money was charged. Support is more than unhelpful.
I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. So at this point, I’ve paid for nothing — I was charged and received no service in return.This feels like a scammy business practice, and I strongly advise others not to purchase EA Play Pro until EA addresses this issue.I have already contacted the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) regarding this matter, and I encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same.I expect a formal apology from EA Support and the entire EA staff for this unacceptable experience.Problème compte PlayStation 5 et EA pour Battlefield 6
Transfert de compte EA lié à mon PSN Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème d'accès à mon compte EA lié à mon PSN Je n'ai plus accès à mon ancien Hotmail et ne peux donc pas valider la réinitialisation de mot de passe qui s’affiche sur Battlefield 6 pour l’ancien compte e-mail. Reembolso EA play pro pc
O site oficial da Ea apresenta o bf6 incluso no ea play pro pc, encaminha voce ate a pagina para adquirir apenas o Ea play, sendo que no Brasil nao esta disponivel, isso nao fica exposto no site, eles apenas vendem. Assinei 3 meses com o intuito de jogar bf6, porem o mesmo nao abre, nao consigo solicitar reembolso pois a pagina para gerenciar assinatura da erro em qualquer dispositivo. Gostaria muito de ser reembolsado pois o site induz a venda de um produto que nao esta disponivel no Brasil, e o mesmo nao explica na venda.

intente vincular mi cuenta de psn a mi ea para jugar battlefiel pero ea no deja diciendoo que hay otro correo conectado siendo que no es verdad. busco en que parte sale esa vinculacion y no existe y es solo interno de ea por lo que me da a pensar que ea esta arrendando a otros las cuentas que tienen sierto tiempo de inactividad
