Items don't sell in build mode/Game crashes when saving

Preface: No mods are installed whatsoever, since the BG update to prep for Royalty & Legacy kinda nerfed the only mods I use.

I'm trying to redecorate the Yuma Heights lot in Oasis Springs with stuff from Royalty and Legacy, but it's bugging out like crazy: Things that I sell to replace with other stuff will be sold, but the money doesn't change, or the item just stays attached to my cursor like I didn't do anything yet; and when I try to save, it takes five-ever until the game either crashes or I Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end the program, so I have to start all over. Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just a me thing?

    • Does this happen with this particular lot only this particular one ?
    • Is this the original house you're trying to redecorate or did you download something from the gallery ?
    • Does this happen only with objects from the pack ?
    • Have you tried repairing your game yet ?
    • Does the same happen if you test a new save ?

    The issue hasn't happened anymore after my first post.

    It only happened with the Yuma Heights lot, when I tried to redecorate the original base-game house, only with objects from base-game and from R&L; I never got around to repairing the game, because after restarting both the game and the computer, the issue stopped; but before restarting both, I tried with a new test-save, and nothing happened.
