Game closes on its own
Hello, I've been having this issue for over a year now so I had stopped playing but I tried again on my MacBook Pro and The Sims 3 still closes on its own within 5 minutes of me playing. I can't log in with my account on the main menu and the launcher now crashes with a crash report when I launch the game or when I click any tab that isn't the play button. Here are my game and Mac specs if needed
Noticed a few minor issues
Please note, none of the following glitches I have experienced in my current save appear to be game-breaking. Upon launching game, initial loading screen displays out-of-date logo When entering into a previous save, occasionally the loading screen will display the typical green plumbob on a blue background with just the letters "OK" below Sometimes visual tearing occurs in-game (not sure if it's an issue with the game or just my monitor/GPU) When my sim chats with the lady from the Lost Legacies event (forgot her name sorry), after she leaves the conversation bar stays on screen The green time bars on actions are sometimes inaccurate, for example my sim could be done showering, but it would display as unfinished in the action bar Sometimes my sim will stand around for a few in-game hours before actually attempting an assigned action Random townies visit my sim's house and use his stuff without greeting him nor announcing their presence Phone object reappears in inventory after deleting (would prefer my sim not to have a smartphone in his possession since the dynasty frowns upon it) When my sim reads a book below his skill level, no notice or any indication appears other than "Amateur Hour" moodlet When switching books, my sim will go to the bookshelf to take the book, sit down, then get back up to return the book to its shelf without even reading I'm not sure if some of these are even considered bugs, so I figured I'd post them here. Naked Sim is not wearing a swimsuit
I wrote it in the wrong place, so I'll rewrite it here. As the title says. When I let the naked Sim go home and tried to control the Sim, my Sim even took off his swimsuit. I'm very troubled because there is no mosaic on the console. I wrote it using a translator. I hope it will be conveyed well. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title
Debug Object gets Sent Randomly
This debug object always gets randomly sent to one of my sims, along with this notification. When I try to place it, it'll disappear. Certain Socks have floating texture snippet
When a sim wears the new socks from Adventure Awaits, there is a floating snippet of the texture that sticks out from their body when they sit down. It is not visible when the sim is standing up, and best visible when sitting a picnic bench with nothing obstructing behind the sim. The texture is clearly a section of the sock, changes with the swatch of the sock, changes to the color of the pants if they sim wears long pants, and happens on both masculine and feminine frame versions of the sock. [CCSP] [EBN] Fairy form doesn't wear crafted jewelry
This is my first experience with this issue, I hadn’t really meshed these two packs together this deeply in the past. I’ve been trying to figure out what could have happened to the items I saved and moved to my new save file. I tried about three different save rooms of it before deciding to just let it go. My Sim just left revealed fairy form and now all of the jewelry she was supposed to be wearing from Crystal Creations is now showing. It seems like because they’re made items the action to link between fairy form and regular form isn’t reading something there properly. I am on console. There are no mods.
Relight bugged, creates a static texture to game
Im not sure if this is the right place to post this under but yesterday my relight stopped working and made my game look like this. I've seen someone else have the same problem but there was no solution for it on their page. If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.White lines all over screen, unplayable
So months ago I wasn't able to boot up the game at all it would just crash the whole computer. After troubleshooting it finally opens but keeps having these white lines all over to the point I can't see. I also don't know why it's so dark. I've attached screenshots. I deleted all mods completely, I am updated to the latest version. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. Last I checked my laptop has all the specs necessary.
