Round rooms not working/ settings return to default

I would like to point out that I play in console before getting into it. 

I have been having trouble changing the wall paint within the room, the swatches would then go on the outside instead of remaining in the interior and remove the swatch paint on the flat surface of the round room.

Second thing I would like to point out, my settings keeps on resetting to default. I turned off the Show Controls legend and the Control Overlay Reminder only for it to just pop up whenever I start the game or after I hit a loading screen. 

Another problem I'm having is that I have green house and for some reason the game keeps putting the door to the green house as a front door when it's at the back of the house. I have changed it 4 times within an hour. I would like to also point out that I do have the enchanted by nature pack, everything was fine but I've been having trouble with it for three days now.
