How to Change Game Language to English in The Sims 4?
Hi everyone, I recently downloaded The Sims 4 (Base Game) via the EA App, but during installation, I was only given three language options: Czech, Russian, and Polish. I want to play the game in English, but that option wasn’t available. I’ve already set my EA App account settings to the United Kingdom and selected English as my preferred language. I also switched my MacBook’s system language to English, but the game still doesn’t offer English as a language option. I should mention that I’m currently located in Ukraine. Could this be the reason I only have these three language options? Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a way to get English as a language option while in Ukraine? Unable to Play Sims 4 in English – Need Help!
I’m encountering a significant issue. I really need to play Sims 4 in English, but unfortunately, I can’t. Even though my EA profile, EA App, and my Mac are all set to English, the game only offers three language options—none of which include English. As a long-time fan who has played every Sims game since the first one, I’m incredibly frustrated. I’m from Ukraine, and it’s crucial for me not to play in Russian, and I don’t understand Czech or Polish. Can anyone help me understand why the English language option isn’t available for me? I’d be really grateful for any advice or support. Thank you!
business problem
Hello, this is probably a bit off topic, but I'm wondering if it's happening to just me or to more people. I bought the business expansion, still in pre-sale, but absolutely nothing works, when I want to go to a new world, or just to the map, it just loads a white screen and I have to restart the whole game. I can't start a business or anything like that. Furniture and clothes,... I have everything and it works, but the main part doesn't🤦🏻♀️. I repaired it, tried uninstalling and installing it, then I bought other expansions on sale, they work absolutely without any problems... I really don't know, I was really looking forward to it and maybe I'm just so happy... Has anyone else encountered this? Or do you know what? All the other games work perfectly fine too, I've tried everything
A question about the account at EA Games
Hello, I have a question regarding the Sims 4 that my daughter plays on your site. The whole game was installed on the wrong hard drive and now the hard drive has become full when the Sims 4 wants to update itself, there is no space on the hard drive. So how is it easiest to do? Uninstall everything and reinstall it on the hard drive it was supposed to be installed on originally, or can it somehow be moved over some other way? We have bought a lot of different expansion packs on the Sims 4, so my question is if you uninstall it, are they still in the account or do they disappear? All Sims and Households GONE :(
Hello everyone, I have no idea what to do, I'm not even really sure what I did wrong. For starters I am not a technology person like that whatsoever, and basically my Sims4 game had put furniture for all my houses inside my sims inventories. When I would try to place the items back in my game it would say "SCRIPT CALL FAIL" and after some further research I think (heavy on the I think) one of my mods or CC items was broken or outdated, however, I do not know which one it was. I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to fix that problem and I thought I did it correctly but I guess I did not, because when I opened my game back up it was showing as if I never even played before, and I have 701 hrs. of game time listed in my EA account. It wouldn't even give me the option to load an old game or anything my only option was "New Game." I've tried everything to get my sims back and all my game data, the mods and everything is still on my MacBook Air, they even show up in the clothing and hair/makeup section in the game still, all of the mods stuff is still there, but my sims and households are JUST NOT THEY ARE GONE :( Idk what to do at this point, and I got directed here after speaking to someone through EA Post-Chat. Does anybody know what I could've done wrong or have any advice on what I should do, any tips? Really anything at all :( Please, I've spent SO much money on this game, I've paid for 11 different add on's and I have spent so much time on over 80 sims and so many houses and rooms, so much detail and dedication is just all gone and I don't even wanna play anymore because starting alllll over is not even worth everything I accomplished and had set up with my original sims, their lives, homes, and just everything.
The game is only opening in Czech language.
Hope someone can help as EA have been absolutely useless. My daughter went to play Sims 4 on the EA app on her MacBook and it's only opening up in the Czech language. We've tried to uninstall then reinstall but are only offered Czech, Polish or Russian languages and no choice for English. I've read various posts but no concrete solution. Is anyone aware of one? Hi, today Steam isn’t launching The Sims. I also tried running it through EA, but that didn’t work either. When I verify the game files in Steam, it says there’s an issue with one of the folders. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the download stops at 99% and shows an error. Before verifying the files, the game simply wouldn’t launch or respond when I clicked on it.
