business problem

Hello, this is probably a bit off topic, but I'm wondering if it's happening to just me or to more people. I bought the business expansion, still in pre-sale, but absolutely nothing works, when I want to go to a new world, or just to the map, it just loads a white screen and I have to restart the whole game. I can't start a business or anything like that. Furniture and clothes,... I have everything and it works, but the main part doesn't🤦🏻‍♀️. I repaired it, tried uninstalling and installing it, then I bought other expansions on sale, they work absolutely without any problems... I really don't know, I was really looking forward to it and maybe I'm just so happy... Has anyone else encountered this? Or do you know what? All the other games work perfectly fine too, I've tried everything
