Club Wars 1 Locked In Journal

I’m level 34, I am apart of a club and have participated in many club wars, yet I still haven’t unlocked club wars 1 (as well as the other club wars tasks) in the journal. I have even completed all of the tasks that come before this one just to see if that would unlock it but I still haven’t unlocked it for some reason. I have looked up the requirements and as far as I can tell, I’ve met them.

is there something I’m missing or have I encountered a bug?
