sts bonus puppy love glitch

as many others, i am having a glitch where i am on the last box of the bonus round of the sweet treat showdown and all i keep getting is the fluffy love balloons. i’m up to 14? 15? now and it is truly starting to frustrate me, especially since i have spent a thousands of coins and hundreds of (in game) dollars just to get the last box. has anyone found a solution yet or know how to contact EA directly?
