Slow motion / high Time Nudge issue
I've been experiencing extremely high time nudge while playing conquest on every map, upwards of 5000ms. this results in delayed and sticky inputs, terrible hit registration, and overall sluggishness that makes the game feel like it's running in slow motion. I've seen loads of people having the same problem with pc specs ranging from well below minimum to well above recommended, usually Ryzen cpu's and nvidia gpu's. After some digging it seems this issue was present in The Finals and 2042, but it was resolved with a patch in the former. I don't think it's anything client-side, but I've still tried quite a bit to minimize the high TN. Here's what I've done so far: Enabled XMP in the bios and set ddr4 freq to 3400 Added a user.cfg file with a custom cpu profile in the game folder limit fps to 30 and set resolution scaling to 50% I've tried other "fixes" as well but these are the only ones that had an affect on the TN. After these changes, my TN hovers around 500ms usually, with spikes occurring frequently up to and seldom exceeding 3000ms.Input lag and mouse dragging issue in Battlefield 6 Beta on PS5
Hi everyone, I’m playing the Battlefield 6 Beta on PS5 and noticed a significant input lag and dragging issue with the mouse in the menus. The mouse movement feels very slow and unresponsive, making menu navigation quite frustrating. The keyboard works fine, but the mouse lag in the menus really needs fixing. Please address this issue to improve the mouse and keyboard experience on console. Thanks a lot!Intel CPU Frametime spikes in Conquest/ larger map modes
I am currently getting CPU frametime spikes every couple of minutes that show themselves as a big stutter in the conquest mode. With the asvanced performance overlay I see the „Frame“, „CPU“ and „step“ spiking up, the fps dont seem to dip during the stutter. In the domination mode, with the smaller maps, the game seems to run fine other than the almost 90% CPU usage which I find a bit extreme. Other than the spike every couple of minutes the game runs very smooth in 4k Ultra preset (about 140-160fps with dlss quality). I have set my settings to low but it doesn‘t change anything (not even the cpu usage) and I used the config file method where I put in half the number of cores/ threads. That greatly reduced CPU usage but the stutters were still there. Specs: 13700KF, 4090, 32GB DDR5 5600MHz, Asus Z790E Wifi I downloaded the game on a fresh Windows install with no other software running in the background and all of the drivers and BIOS up to date. I also checked if it‘s because of my CPU undervolt and reset everything in BIOS to default but I‘m still having the same issue. If anyone has a potential fix please let me know. I currently play on Steam, so it‘s not the known EA bugBugs on Xbox Series S
I finally managed to play today and had a quite a few serious bugs: First off, in the pause menu and settings menu, I often found that I couldn't navigate through at all. It seemed that the highlight cursor / button select thing just gets lost and won't move around the buttons. Some times I manage to get it back and finally select what I needed, but others I would just have to press B out of the menu and try again. Most serious was at the end of some matches, where it would say the next match was ready to start but it wouldn't let be proceed (pressing A did nothing). When I was playing with M&K, there wasn't even a button to select to proceed. Input was otherwise responsive. Mouse and Keyboard: I played a round with MnK which worked fairly well, but there seemed to be performance issues in game as a result. There was occasional freezing for a second, and frame rate seemed to be less that when using a controller. Keyboard input was rather 'sticky'- if I held down W for more than a few seconds then it would continue to move me forward for a couple of seconds after releasing the key. Sometimes the game wouldn't respond to keyboard input first time, or for a couple of seconds. Mouse cursor movement in menus was also laggy, like it was moving through sludge.CPU bottlenecking / more than recommended specs
Hi, I seem to have tons of problems with packet loss which causes game to feel like i'm playing on 300 ping... sometimes it's literally unplayable (like in Cario maps). The only mode game works fine is domination, but I also want to try out other ones. All setting in graphics are on low, FPS limited to 60 (yeah, sometimes i had more), TAA, blurs off... well see for yourself. Meaby you have a solution. I've already tried everything mentioned here/on reddit but i only had minor improvements. Would appreciate any help coming in - not sure if it's just "outdated CPU" (wtf it's one of good ones and above recommended), or sth is messed up in my setting mby Motherboard TUF Gaming z690-plus D4 Intel I5-12600 KF 32 GB RAM (not on dual though as this is an issue as of some time in my motherboard - this shouldb't be the problem though) RTX 3070 TI, 8GB VRAMCharacter stuck inside buildings; texture, performance & physics glitches on PS5
While playing the Battlefield 6 beta on PS5, I experienced several issues: My character sometimes moves by itself and glitches into buildings like houses or walls. Some textures do not fully load, especially on buildings and ground areas. When a match starts, the framerate drops sharply to around 20 FPS for about 2 seconds before stabilizing. There are random stutters or brief FPS drops during gameplay, even in matches with fewer players. In the main menu, the on-screen mouse pointer has noticeable lag, making navigation less responsive. There are some physics glitches: when a player dies, their body sometimes flies into the air, spins uncontrollably, or moves in unrealistic ways.
