Mass Effect Andromeda "You are not allowed access to online features"
Yes, another one of these. After spending many hours over multiple days discussing this issue with both EA and Steam support I was finally told to just report my issue here. In short, you have probably heard this one before. When I boot up Mass Effect Andromeda it greets me with the error message "You are not allowed to access the online features of this game". After following the steps outlined in this ( [PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode | EA Forums - 9200656 ) forum post to no avail I contacted the EA support for the first time. Over the course of a few hours with multiple support agents attempting to help the end result was, that their internal system does not recognize me owning the game in the first place. They instructed me to reach out to Steam support since I had bought the game through them and ask for "the specifics of the purchase" (The automatic translation making it quite difficult to actually follow what exactly they were trying to tell me by the way). So I did just that, with the Steam Support getting back to me after two days stating that on their end all is fine, I own the game and it is registered in their system. Great, back to EA support I was sent. I explained my issue for what felt like the 100th time and eventually the support agent figured out that yes, indeed, their system does not recognize any ownership on my account of a product key regarding Mass Effect Andromeda. After telling me that they would help me if they could, they said they would report it to their internal team and sent me here to report my issue once more, hence this post. I have seen multiple posts about this reaching back many years. Some are marked as resolved, others aren't. Lets see my luck
Could Not Avtivate Mass Effect 3 Error
Hi everybody. I just bought ME 3 on Steam. I'm having trouble getting the game to run on my PC. Nothing I've tried so far has worked, even though I've tried just about everything. I saw that someone else on this forum had a similar problem that they managed to solve. This is my first EA game, so I don't have much experience with it, so i hope that you guys can help me too. Hi EA Team, I am a huge fan of the Mass Effect series. I recently bought the Legendary Edition on the Epic Games Store so I could finally experience the first two games after loving Mass Effect 3 on my old Xbox 360. :( However, I found out that while the Steam and EA App versions of the game are available on GeForce NOW, the Epic Games version is not. Since I don't have a powerful PC with enough storage, cloud gaming is my only way to play. :( Please consider opting-in the Epic Games Store version of the Legendary Edition for GeForce NOW so fans like me can enjoy the trilogy. :( Thank you!ME3 Legendary Crashing On Launch
Hi all - I'm asking this question here because I've tried basically every solution to this problem that I've come across in other forums/reddit posts/youtube videos and none of them have helped me. Two days ago, I went to launch ME3 and when I went clicked resume and went to the loading screen, the game crashed. I had been playing the game the previous day with no issues (just finished Priority: Tuchanka) and I've also played ME3 several times on this computer with absolutely no problems. To my knowledge nothing changed for me hardware/software-wise in the 24 hours between game sessions. ME1 and ME2 also launch fine. In an effort to try and solve my problem I have: restarted my computer, Steam, and the EA app repaired the game files on steam deleted the cache on the EA app turned off overlays for both steam and the EA app went online and offline in both applications updated my drivers uninstalled and reinstalled the game onto my computer's built-in hard drive turned off cloud syncing moved save files to desktop to test if it was a problem with a corrupt save uninstalled the game, made a new steam and EA account, repurchased MELE and redownloaded it just because I wanted to be as thorough as possible I also probably tested some other things that I've just forgotten about at this point. So, if someone happens to have some thoughts on something else I can try or what might be the problem, that would be so appreciated. Or you can just tell me I'm doomed to never play ME3 again. I will attach my DXDiag (please don't make fun of me for playing on a partitioned MacBook I know it's lame and bad let me live). Thank you!
