Hi. It's been mentally draining me for hours. I am unable to find any link or anything towards getting my account unlinked from steam. I literally have 2 accounts. One account is linked to steam and I need to unlink it or change e-mail address, which I am unable to do so, as I have no longer access to that e-mail address associated with the account where Steam is linked with. A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live chat support (Screenshot 1) There is no option to contact live chat there. After that they just closed my case. So I opened a new one where I spesifically stated that I need to contact with live chat support. After waiting for another 2 days thay send me this (Screenshot 2) Link is different now but it literally goes to the same page. The case status is now "whaiting on player". Like what do you want from me? THERE IS NO OPTION to contact live chat. I wrote it in my case. What exactly does your support team not understand? At this point I am not even sure that these cases are beign reviewed by real people. And the fact that I have to wait 2 days for each of these responses... My EA account was hacked after the hacker reset the password multiple times before finally kicking me out of the account and putting their two emails on the account. After providing the "help chat" with a plethora of data, I was told my information wasn't "100%" correct, so I cannot get my account back. I gave some purchase history, IP history (where the account was located during the purchase), and account linking. I've had the account since the origin days. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this but I cannot find anywhere else to ask for help. I applied for the Sims 4 Maker program and I received an email saying the review team was unable to open two of my files and therefore to re-save them and reapply. I checked everything, re-saved and have all my files ready to re-apply. But when I log into the portal my application status is stuck in 'closed' status and I cannot find a button to re-apply.
