My PlayStation account is linked to an old email that I no longer have access to

If you no longer have access to the email address on your EA account, I'd recommend reaching out to your email provider to see if they can help you regain access to it. If that doesn't work, try reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at how to help you update the email on your account.

The email provider no longer exists. How can I reach out to the live support team? I can see what information is required but no option to speak to a live agent?

i'm having the same problem as you are having i don't remember the email or ea account been trying to get my ps5 unlinked from that account so i can link the account i actually remember but i've been getting run around instead of any actual help. literally every other game i've had to do this for had a prompt to unlink  at the login but i guess that would require competence but until it gets sorted i will no longer be buying ea products on my pc either

I have raised a case with the support team but they have not responded yet. You can typically find the email that’s linked to your account within most EA games. For instance, I found the email linked to my account by logging into EA Sports FC. 

Same thing. How am I supposed to get the twitch rewards if I cant even get into my EA account. I dont even have access to me email I used 20 years ago so I can unlink it with the new one. I literally changed my email anyway for my playstation account, why is it still asking me for my old as email from 20 years agO??

i dont have my old email, I have my playsation and email and password, but my EA account associated with my playstation is still asking for my 20 year old email for some reason

EA QueenBee, I can literally sign into my EA account, however for some reason I cant go into anything without it asking me to verify my stupid email from 20 years ago that I dont even have access to anymore. Can you not help me verify my EA account a different way? you know like maybe using my playstation email or phone number or something so I can get my BF 6 twitch rewards?

We don't have access to account information here on the forums, so it's just not something we can help with here. Live support can take a look at this for you, but it's just not something we can do here, unfortunately.
