Well on the separate times I tried they say unfortunately not enough info was given , i literally showed them the Xbox profile that was linked to it my email my phone number, IP address , console serial number , different games / purchases made and the card numbers used to make them and for exstra measures I sent them a picture of my state ID so they would see I’m not lying about my identity and would hopefully verify it more accurately. Now though every time I submit a case it just says thank you will will reach out and the Chat does not  even open and no one even contacts me

So it looks like Andrew116CAV is just another person who posted similar problem. The link provided in that post just brings one to the chat help reporting page which opened a case for me 3X with no resolution. Just the same oblivious response due to "security reason" the "team" cannot change the email address. Why does EA allow hacked emails on their servers?

Well I tried and they aren’t responding and chats broken I tried on my phone ,tablet and pc and the chat never works for the help center 

Ok I tired , still no case opens up and zero assistance unfortunately 

If unable to verify account ownership hx12ffz67​ then our team will not be able to make any changes to an account.
