XCloud: Unable to connect to the EA servers.
I get following error when playing FC 24 on XCloud 'Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection'. I cannot change any network settings because I don't have access to it and it uses the network of the servers of Xbox which could not be the problem because other XCloud users can play online. I tried both versions of the game, Xbox One and Series S/X. Can someone help. Hello EA, I’m reaching out because I genuinely need help. Case ID: 210347958 I’ve been completely locked out of my EA account on my PS5 and I’m unable to play FC24 or FC25 — games I’ve paid for and now can’t even access. The issue started after I changed some settings in-game, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried everything on my end — restarting my console, reinstalling the games, clearing cache, checking my connection (which is wired and stable), and going through every troubleshooting step provided. I’ve never had lag or disconnection issues. This isn’t a simple network problem — something deeper is going on with my account. After contacting EA Help, the support agent told me there’s nothing more they can do and asked me to post here so the community managers or game team can see it. That’s what brings me here now. It’s frustrating to be told to just “wait” without even an estimated timeline or explanation. I’m simply stuck with games I paid full price for — and no way to play them. I’m not the only one going through this, apparently, and that worries me even more. Please — I’m asking for someone to look into this. I just want to access the games I purchased. Hi, I am currently playing ea fc 24 on xbox cooud gaming, when I log in to the game on my samsung TV (xbox cloud gaming app included), I can connect to EA servers normally and play. But when I log in to xbox cloud gaming on my iphone or on my macbook air, I always get the error: unable to connect to EA servers. I have done everything, restarted my router, my Xbox, tried every connection, my Nat type is open which means I shouldn’t have problems matchmaking, I played fifa earlier today online and it was fine, I can play other games right now with no problem online but when I load onto fifa it says “you have lost your online connection” it’s so frustratingissue with logging in when two step verification is turned on
when i login to ea sports fc 24 Xbox one / Xbox series x/s with two step verification turned on i am unable to connect to the ea servers because the login verification screen does not show up however when i turn off two step verification i can login to the servers just fine I obviously want to play the game with two step verification turns on for added security. i think this login issue happened when i removed my Xbox from the trusted devices list on my ea account settings page so that might be the cause for this issue i have forwarded this issue to ea support so hopefully this issue will be fixed as soon as possible.99Views0likes0CommentsConnection Issue with EA Servers on Xbox Series S/X – FC 24
