Cannot connect to EA server, XBox X, BF 4

I played Battlefield 4 (downloaded) on an Xbox One S for years without issues. I just got an Xbox X and installed Battlefield 6 (disk) on the new Xbox and it works fine. I deleted Battlefield 4 from the old Xbox One S, turned it off, and downloaded it onto the Xbox X and it worked sporadically for a bit, but now it will not connect to the EA servers. I’ve tried both restarting and shutting the console down and bringing it back up, and that does not fix it. I’m using the same wired network I’ve always used and have made no network changes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
