Face distortion
Since the latest update my sims are affected by a face distortion, similar to the one previously seen with the tanning bug. Unlike the tanning bug, which could be avoided, this is persistent. The best way I can describe it is the faces are generally rounder than usual, cheeks are bigger and the eyes are different. The mouths are also affected, but to a lesser degree. This distortion affects all age groups but looks a lot more obvious on YA than children. I do use mods and CC so I fired up a new game with mods folder removed. Deleted cache file, ran a repair game. The distortion almost looks more obvious on vanilla sims. I am on a Mac, but also use my Windows PC now and then to play. Tested on Windows machine, again with mods folder removed in entirety, and issue is the same as on the Mac. My game is updated and as I mentioned this appeared right after updating. I have all packs and most kits. My Mac is running Tahoe 26.5.2 and my PC is on Windows 11.
[W] Cured Werewolf Becomes Werewolf Again
I have one werewolf in my game who won't stay cured. I play rotationally. I've cured her twice now, then gone to play a different household, and she immediately becomes a werewolf again while I'm playing a different household. At the time that I cured her, she was the leader of the Wildfangs pack. I expected her to be automatically booted out of the role when she was cured, but she wasn't. I've since had a different Sim take over pack leadership, but the original Sim still keeps turning into a werewolf when I rotate away. Playing on a Mac, all updates installed, no cc/mods. Game Window won't go Full Screen
Hi! I haven't had to do this before but I cannot seem to figure out what's wrong on my own. Basically when I went to open my game last night the game screen wouldn't open to full screen (the top bar of my desktop was showing as well as the dock at the bottom). I always play full screen on my laptop and so I'm not sure what the problem is. When I tried to go into Game Options it said that I was in full screen mode and the mouse was acting as if I was as well. Every time I tried to change it or even go into Window Mode to see if that might help, the problem just got worse. I don't know if I'm explaining this very well, sorry. It's just frustrating because everything I've looked up and tried hasn't worked. I don't know if it's a problem with my game or possibly my laptop? It's just a MacBook Air 2020 and Sims is the only game I have on it. Nothing's wrong with the actual game play or save files, just the screen being the wrong size and the pointer... A screenshot of what I mean when I say it's all out of proportion. Usually when I play you can't see the dock or the top bar part at all. And I have to hover the mouse down before I'm able to click on the option I want...

Добрый день. Купила ключ к игре, активировала. Но пишет что игра недоступна. Пробовала менять регион, чистить кеш и перезагружать компьютер. Ничего не помогает. Подскажите, что можно сделать?! изначально ЕА был на Мас, но там была пометка что игра доступна на Windows. Перезашла на аккаунт через другой комп, игра все так же недоступна.imac issue - unable to load up app
Everytime I try to load up the app on imac it says that i couldn't connect to the EA servers. I only got this imac yesterday, and when I checked that if ea app is down it isn't. I just want to play my games i had on my laptop on here but it feels like im unable to anymore.
Crashing game when I join two noble households
I’ve tried now to join two households (they’re both from the same dynasty) 3 times and the 3 times it kicks me out of the game with no warning, everything else seems to be working fine until I try to merge them. I’ve tried from the world map and from the phone and none of them work, has anyone experienced this? Somehow when I merge two households in which one of them is noble and the other isn’t it doesn’t crash.
