my packs are gone
i logged onto my computer after not playing the sims 4 for a long time, and when I opened the game I noticed that all my sims 4 packs were gone I used to have cottage living highschool years, island living snowy escape and spa day I spent so much money and time on those packs and I don't know what caused them to disappear. I really want them back because this is not okay I hope I can't get my packs restored and if that's not possible I would like a refund for the money I spent
Houses/Lots Disappear
Issue The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots. My sims will not sleep in the same bed. Nothing is blocking the bed, I have assigned sides, they are married/dating. One will be sleeping in the bed and I will try to put the other one to sleep and they walk up to the bed and do the animation that they can't, the bubble with the red X appears. I try again, and they will get in bed then instantly get up. It takes sometimes up to 5 tries to finally get them to both be asleep in the same bed. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title
Can't access the 64-bit Mac version of TS3 after redeeming my code
Hello, I need help with my The Sims 3 installation on macOS. I redeemed my The Sims 3 serial code in the EA App and the game appears in my library. According to EA's FAQ, the macOS 64-bit version should be added automatically when the code is redeemed. However, in my EA App library only the Windows version appears, and the macOS 64-bit version does not show up. When I try to install the game on macOS, I get this message: "This application needs to be updated. The developer must update the app to work with this version of macOS." It looks like the macOS 64-bit entitlement is missing from my account.
