EA needs to stop charging my account
Been getting a 5.99 charge monthly. None of my EA accounts even has a card on file, let alone a subscription. I tried to talk to a customer service rep, and the AI kept looping back to the same things every time. I am getting incredibly irritated that I am losing $6 a month with no way of finding out even why or how this started.
EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!
EA Play Members Missing Black Friday Discounts – Please Fix
Hello, I am reporting an issue with EA Play and promotional discounts. Normally, subscribing to EA Play should give members an advantage. However, in my case, having an EA Play membership prevented me from benefiting from the Black Friday discount for The Sims 3: Seasons. Because of this, I am required to pay almost twice as much as someone without an active membership, even though I would normally be eligible for the discount. This feels unfair and reduces trust in EA Play. I believe other EA Play members might face the same problem. I kindly request that EA addresses this issue and ensures that members can benefit from both their subscription and seasonal promotions without disadvantage. I have already contacted EA Support and we tried all possible solutions, but they do not have the authority to manually fix this issue. They directed me to post here for visibility and further review. Thank you for your attention.
