EA Play Members Missing Black Friday Discounts – Please Fix

I am reporting an issue with EA Play and promotional discounts. Normally, subscribing to EA Play should give members an advantage. However, in my case, having an EA Play membership prevented me from benefiting from the Black Friday discount for The Sims 3: Seasons.
Because of this, I am required to pay almost twice as much as someone without an active membership, even though I would normally be eligible for the discount. This feels unfair and reduces trust in EA Play.
I believe other EA Play members might face the same problem. I kindly request that EA addresses this issue and ensures that members can benefit from both their subscription and seasonal promotions without disadvantage. I have already contacted EA Support and we tried all possible solutions, but they do not have the authority to manually fix this issue. They directed me to post here for visibility and further review.
