Mass Effect 1 LE Career Completion Bug
Please help. *Note I am on xbox series x* This is a bug that has now happened to me on multiple playthroughs. When I beat the final boss and then make my final councilor decision when it puts my Shepard in front of either the Paragon or Renegade backdrop I get a notice from the console saying "Maximum save game limit for this career has been reached" despite me only having one singular manual save. It doesn't create a completion save, meaning I can't import it into Mass Effect 2. I cleared out all old careers in all 3 games, I deleted local save data and forced a resync, going offline to force a new save without the cloud data, I've tried replaying the whole game again just in case it was just that career that was bugged. I just can't figure this out. I have over 2200 hours in the legendary edition and I've never seen anything like this. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. *Side note I don't know if this makes a difference but this started happening on what would have been numbered career 41 in the mass effect 2 import screen. Maybe it's an import or save cap> But I couldn't find anything like that online anywhere.Mass Effect legendary edition doing odd things on EA App
I got a weird problem. Yesterday, when I wanted to play Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, it instead of play it wanted me to take out a ea play subscription to play a game I bought last year or the year before! Then I click at top of ea app then suddenly it remembered I bought the game and have played it, but any attempt to view my achievements in the game, I then get this: take out an EA Play subscription to play the game. It says EA Play Pro exclusive. I tried everything, but it seems EA App is determined not to let me play a game I bought on the EA App. I maybe in 4 hrs got to play it once for a few hours, then this ea play sub kept coming back. What is going on? Also this game is getting very glitchy all of a sudden, and every few times, it now wants to repair the game. I play the game on PC and bought it on the EA App either last year or 2024. By Mass Effect: Legendary edition I mean the name it has on the EA App not the first mass effect game.Idea per il prossimo Mass Effect: il ritorno di Shepard e la famiglia di Garrus
Ciao a tutti! Mass Effect (2007) says I don't own the game, even though it's in my library
Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with Mass Effect (2007) in the EA app. I purchased the game through Origin around 13 years ago, and I've owned it ever since. As you can see in the screenshot, the EA app recognizes that I own the Standard Edition, and it even shows my playtime (147 hours and 57 minutes). When I launch the game the game I get the following error: "You don't have access. We've cancelled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game." This doesn't make any sense to me because the game is in my library as "owned" I've tried: Restarting the EA app Logging out and back in Clearing the EA app cache Running the app as Administrator I've also tried to open a ticket from help.ea.com to no avail. I've waited for hours for their live chat agent to connect but nobody ever comes to talk to me. I've tried to search for people with similar problem but haven't found anything. Can someone help me please?SolvedHelp. Run ME1 via EA Launcher needs Admin Privileges but won't run.
I download and launch ME1 from the EA Launcher "This game requires administrative privileges. do you want to grant access and launch the game" I click "OK" "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" I tried running the EA launcher with Admin privileges. I tried running MassEffect.exe as administrator. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Always the same message. I DID NOT buy it from Steam but from EA (actually Bioware ages ago) Thanks187Views0likes4Commentsmass effect legendary edition зависает
[PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error
Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. Troubleshooting Steps Locate the following folder on their PC Default Path: C:\Program Files\EA Games. This path may vary depending on where the player installs the game. C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 2\BioGame C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame Delete ALL DLC content within the DLC folder Delete EA License Files Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER. Enable View Hidden Files and Folders Delete all files in the "License" folder. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact one of our advisors to review the account and the content currently linked to the account you log into the game with. Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. Thanks!2KViews15likes0Comments
