Newest Update - Memory Leak / RAM Usage

The new update has introduced along with it a memory issue.

RAM usage now continues to rise until the system experiences memory exhaustion.

Please note that this was not the case before the most recent update. 

I tried with and without mods. There is a faster loading time on the un-modded game, but RAM usage is still the issue.

For reference my specs:

i-7 8700k CPU 3.7 GHZ| NVIDIA GeForce 4070 Ti Super 16GB | 32GB RAM | page file is 50G | 725GB Disk space FREE

Attached are save files for both modded and un-modded. Also, images of the system usage.

    I can't seem to upload my save files here. I zipped them, it uploads them, but then it does not post them. So, I have posted here the resources event error image.

    Also, I mistyped, its 16G page file.

    Now this is happening to me with and without CC when I enter CAS. Since the September 18th patch.
