Error code 80001 need help

So I keep getting this error code I repaired game files on steam didn't work deleting and reinstalled didn't work download it on EA didn't work repairing game on ea didn't work ran a system check nothing came up and every time this happens it **bleep**s my PC so I factory reset my PC and it worked but now it's happening again and after turning of my PC and turning it on which would stop making my PC go crazy but not fix the game doesn't work my PC keeps freezing and this all happened after I opened apex I don't want to factory reset my PC again please tell me there's a way to fix this
