Only 1 Data Center Available

I played for quite some time until I realized that I was not in the region I wanted. When I decided to change it, I realized that I only had one option, which was "US Center" (im in EU).I asked chatGPT to help me out and he told me to:

-verify the game files;

-to reinstall the game;

-to check firewall or computer settings to block EA servers w Powershell commands;

But nothing worked.
