stuck on loading screen

yesterday i opened apex and it didnt load the continue button. it worked fine before.

restarted everything in the house, reinstalled the game, relinked my steam account and nothing.

i saw that some people here have the same issue, so not im the dumb here.

also the ea help site is not working. when i resume my case it wants me to start a new chat, when the first i started doesnt even show up.
