Dragon Age Veilguard crashing
I am having a lot of problems with Veilguard. Sometimes I click the start to begin playing and it starts up and the screen goes to the black screen right before the character scrawl and it just stops running and goes back to the desktop, and occasionally it will load up and when I try to go into an Andeluvian from the Crossroads, it starts to load and then it will again shut down to desktop, usually with no error message whatsoever. I have looked all over the internet for answers, updated every driver (my GPU is less than a week old and my computer is only 2 weeks old) and I am at a loss for what to do.
Nostalgia Trip not unlocking
Hello, I have been trying to get this achievement for 2 days now, the first time I tried I was near end game, I rotated the statues, did the wisps then jumped off the balcony and didnt get the achievement, I reinstalled the game, verified game files, rebooted my pc, started a brand new playthrough where I rotated the statues as soon as I was in lighthouse, then did the wisps after I did necropolis, the achievement still won't unlock. Anyone have any advice for this? Really want to 100% this game..
Direct X 12 issues with Veilguard
I've suddenly started having DX 12 issues with Veilguard whether I'm streaming it or not. Twice within ten minutes, I just had a) total crash to desktop with a GPU Crash/Hang error. b) not even a minute later, same issue but with this error. I honestly don't know what to do because my drivers are up to date, Win 11 is up to date, I've even done a totally clean uninstall/reinstall of the drivers. (Radeon 9070XT) So I am STUMPED.
Cannot Refund Newly Purchased Dragon Age II and No Support Available
Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund, and I don’t want to keep a game I do not need just because of a system malfunction. Please help me complete this refund. Thank you.
DAI can’t load saves from EA play
So I started playing inquisition through EA subscription on steam, played a little and decided that I like this game and I want to have it on my steam account. I bought steam version and started game without reinstalling or something like that. And now when I try to load my save from EA play version I keep getting this message. I would like to know if I can do something about it or should I just start new playthrough
Dragon Age Veigluard Freezes Pc
Hello everyone. I have a problem with the game. At random moments and after a random amount of time, the game freezes my entire computer and requires me to shut it down. I've tried searching forums for help and have done almost everything I could. Deleting one of the folders that players often report, changing settings, disabling RTX, and other such things. Regardless of the settings, the game simply freezes my entire computer after about 3 minutes, 15 seconds, or an hour. This doesn't happen at certain moments with a lot of effects, because it can even happen in the menu. I dont know why i have that problem but please help... im tired of that...
DAO freeze on loading screen windows 11
I've been trying to revisit DAO after playing it years ago on an old laptop. I just got a new one with windows 11, redownloaded the game with the 4gb memory patch and followed my old mod list, however whenever i start a new game (whether it's the campaign, awakening, leliana's song, etc.) it freezes on the loading screen? The audio still works and i can still move the pc and interact but all i see is a frezon loading screen. I've set affinity to only one CPU, lowered all the graphics settings, prioritized it in the task manager and everything but it still persists. sometimes im able to get past the first cutscene by minimizing the window and reopening it, but once i transition areas or otherwise cause a new loading screen to appear it happens again.DA2: Unable to launch
After playing DA2 Ultimate Edition (bought on Steam), it fails to launch on PC. I've been having issues with it from the start: the game wouldn't launch in full window mode and would crash frequently. Then it started having issues launching. I tried: Disabling every overlay possible (which did help at first, it seemed). Ending EA background processes. Running the game offline. Running the EA app as an administrator. EA app recovery. Verifying the file integrity in Steam. Reinstalling the EA app. Reinstalling the game. Nothing seems to be working now. The game is refusing to launch. Are there any reliable solutions, or should I just give up and get my refund? Here's the error I get:

Hey, I tried all the solutions suggested in other forums to launch Dragon Age 2 on EA APP but with no luck. i read more than 4 forums and tried every solution. summary attached: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL d3dx9_43.dll Error: 0x000000c1. even after all of this and 2 days of trying I am unable to launch it. hopefully you have sometime to look into this and help me play DA2 :).
