Input freezes for 5-20 seconds randomly
Hi, I'm experiencing a persistent bug in EA SPORTS FC 24 on PC where controller input freezes completely for around 5 to 20 seconds every few minutes. The last input before the freeze is held (e.g. my player keeps running in one direction). It happens in both online and offline modes, in menus and in-game. This is not a hardware issue — I've reproduced it with many different controllers, and neither has issues in any other game. Troubleshooting I've already tried: - Disabling the EA App overlay (though it still appears despite being turned off in settings) - Closing Steam before launching - Fullscreen and borderless windowed modes - Checking Device Manager for ghost controller devices - Unplugging non-essential USB devices - Disabling EA Anti-Cheat None of these resolved the issue. It's been happening since I purchased the game in 2023, and it makes the game really frustrating to play. I found many similar threads here & on other forums with the same issue but no solution. Contacting EA support, the agent said they can't help me and referred me to this forum...

I decied to buy a football game after many yaers. Wanted to take a long brake from CS:GO - CS 2. After a full month of remembering the game, i can say that i am in a very good level. Now to the point, Playing against AI bots (i play only seasons, 11 thousand online, but i play vs AI. HAHAHA EA 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 ) that they use all the possible ways to score and perfectly defending even in my coutner attacks i find it terrible. I really wish to the team (people) who found this as a solution for online gaming to find their families dead as soon as possible. And to themselves real CANCER. i almost broke my 130 euros mouse and my 60 euros controller because of cancers like you. EVERY DAY CANCER IN YOUR BODY TILL YOU DIE. CANCER CANCER CANCER UNLIMITED. 10000 times to play CS premier with 1 in 4-5 games against cheaters than this terrible football awful game. You can't even enjoy when you win. Now i needed 1 point to stay alive in division 1 and of course the game decided to get me in an infinite loop in half time so i have to force close it and lose the game and fall in division 2. AI Robotic moves that they defend ultra perfect, that they attack ultra perfect, that they guess your pass even before you pass, that they move instantly when the game detects that i move the left stick. Hello, I am reporting a serious issue regarding my FC 26 Ultimate Edition purchase on Steam. I have not received my 4600 FC Points. I have already contacted Steam Support (Ticket HT-4PCT-96TP-RV6R), and they officially confirmed that the purchase was successful and that the delivery of in-game content is EA's responsibility. However, EA Chat Support (Case #241880449 and #241855042) claims they only see the Standard Edition on their end and refuse to manually grant the points, even though I provided full-screen proof of the Ultimate Edition purchase. This is a clear synchronization error between Steam and EA. I am looking for a Community Manager to help me fix this entitlement issue manually. Hello! I play a career for a player in FC 24. I faced such a problem that there are only friendly matches in games for the national team, for some reason there are no tournaments like the World Cup and the European Championship, how can this problem be solved?
12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. Can someone from EA step in and fix this? I expect better, especially after being loyal to the company for so long.
