12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. Hi, I am trying to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 on my PC, but the game closes at the start of EA Javelin AntiCheat and returns to EA App with this error: “EA Javelin AntiCheat encountered an error (136)” I have already tried: Resetting Windows Installing the latest EA App Running the blue EA AntiCheat installer as Administrator Repairing the game Checking Secure Boot and UEFI Disabling antivirus Reinstalling AntiCheat The game still won’t launch. I started noticing a few weeks ago that every time I tried to customize my pro in clubs and saved, it landed an error saying name was filtered because it was offensive. SInce then, I have tried multiple fixes offered online, including deleting my Online Clubs profile; however, after that, I am stuck at the Pro editing page and cant even get into the game mode and play! I see that this has been a very common issue online. I have tried literally random strings of letter and numbers to no avail. Is there anyone who can help me? Hello, I am reporting a persistent crash issue with EA Sports FC 24 on PC using the Steam version. The game launches correctly, EA AntiCheat initializes without visible errors, the splash screen completes, and the game reaches the main menu, but after a short moment in the menu the game closes silently with no error message or crash dialog. This happens on every launch. My system is correctly configured with Secure Boot enabled, TPM 2.0 enabled and ready, Windows running in UEFI mode on a GPT disk, and the game installed on an NVMe M.2 SSD. EA AntiCheat is installed correctly, the service exists, and it loads during startup. All local troubleshooting has been fully completed including full game reinstall via Steam, EA App reinstall and recovery, EA App cache reset, complete EA AntiCheat uninstall and reinstall, reset of the local Documents profile folder, verification of correct Steam to EA App launch order, clean system restarts, BIOS verification with CSM disabled and Secure Boot enabled, and TPM verification via tpm.msc. The issue persists exactly the same after all of the above. The crash occurs only after AntiCheat initialization and after reaching the main menu, which strongly suggests a server-side or EA account cloud profile issue rather than a local configuration problem. EA Support has indicated that the game behavior is server automated and that further local troubleshooting is not applicable. If other players are experiencing similar silent menu shutdowns on PC, especially with Secure Boot and TPM enabled, please reply or upvote so this can be linked to an existing internal issue. Bonjour, Je possède FC24 mais je ne trouve aucun objectif permettant de gagner de l’XP sur FUT. On m’a indiqué qu’il fallait passer par le “Hub FC24”, mais cette option n’existe pas chez moi : je n’ai rien du tout concernant l’XP. Et il n'y a pas d'objectifs journalier et de la semaine pour avoir de l'XP. On parle d’atteindre des paliers, mais comment obtenir l’XP nécessaire s’il n’y a aucun moyen d’en gagner ? Jouer uniquement à Rivals et Squad Battles, même en terminant régulièrement parmi les meilleurs, demanderait plus de vingt semaines. Merci d’ajouter ou de rétablir des objectifs permettant de progresser normalement, car dans l’état actuel il est impossible d’atteindre le niveau final et d’obtenir le succès associé. I purchased FC24 licence for EA app to play it with my son on the lounge TV via Steam Link. and whatever I tried, I can't make Xbox controllers working there. It works locally with XBox controller, but not remotely via Steam Link. There is this article saying the jawelin has support for Steam client, so I assume Steam Link too. Hello EA Team, I am experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26. Even though I am located in Turkey, the game automatically connects me to a distant data center (NFS / 159.153.71.17) instead of the correct regional servers (e.g., Frankfurt, Milan, or Middle East). What happens The game always forces me onto a far data center Ping is around 130–140 ms instead of the usual 35–45 ms Matchmaking never switches to the correct region Multiple players in Turkey are reporting the same issue recently Technical details My tracert to easo.ea.com consistently routes to: 159.153.71.17 (NFS Data Center) → ~135 ms ping This should NOT be the default server for players in Turkey.
