Solo seasons token BND Champion
The Solo seasons token BND Champion pack was only giving 4 options a couple months back. I patiently waited for a make right, busy with work and other things. I gave EA the benefit of the doubt to make it right for the community. The pack says it gives 1 of 10 options (image below). I opened the pack and only got 4 options (gif below): This problem was from back in february or march. They fixed the packs and never provided any sort of make right for those who opened the pack and only got 4 options. I opened the pack a 2nd time thinking it glitched. I wasted 64 solo season tokens. That's 8 weeks of work, you can only get 8 per week. You can't get time back. I would think something that is blatant false advertising would be resolved and made right with the players. I was patient. I waited a while to try and see if they'd make it right. Life caught up, I got busy. It doesn't sit right with me that this was never made right with the players. I don't want to start citing laws, but false advertising is illegal at the state and federal level. I would assume EA and Madden wouldn't want to break laws, which is why they typically do make rights. In this situation we had nothing. The pack clearly states 1 of 10 options. At that time we clearly only got 4 options. They knew it was a problem, they fixed it and never did anything to make those of us who were ripped off whole.Solo challenges not working
I haven’t been able to access the challenges menu since June 2nd, 2026. I load up the game on my Xbox, go to ultimate team, click challenges, and the game gets stuck on the screen at the 10 yard line of the Ultimate Team Background. The game doesn’t freeze, the music continues to play and all other functions of the game currently work for me in ultimate team, it’s just every time I click on the challenges menu, I’m met with this screen. If anyone has had this similar issue please help. I’ve restarted my console multiple times, cleared my cache multiple times, uninstalled the game multiple times, lineup fixes (Generate Best) but nothing seems to work. I’ve been trying to look for a solution for days, but it seems like no one has an answer and that it’s an EA issue. I’m just hoping if it is, they can fix that end for me. My Xbox GT is MOTORCITYLIONCan’t even open my packs with out the game freezing!
Come EA this been happening for far to long. You select a pack, open it and it back you out to the main screen and the game freezes and all you can do is close the application. Same things happens when you open multiple packets. I’m tired of opening one pack, have to close the app three times just to open three packs like come on. If ain’t one thing it’s another with this game. Take the money but don’t fix this outstanding long time issues. Can’t wait Ben see the player you receive or cards because it glitches out and freezes so you have to go into your binder to see what you got when you open the app again. Photo attached, once you see that message you can press anything else you have to close the game. Like come on this is time consuming. 16 weekly solo tokens disappearing I just redeemed a 98-90 collectors series card for 5. When I went to redeemed my flashback cards for 15 they were all gone. I cleared my cache and looked every but they are nowhere to be found. Can I get some help please? This happen June 3rd 2026Ranked H2H didn’t receive no RP points after a win
Like come on EA, ranked already challenging but for me to play a game and get no points is trash. Fix this asap. The community still investing into Madden 26 and 27 almost out and we can’t fix these minor issues??? Come on. Played a game the connection was lost and the message said the results and coins from this game will not be recorded. But of course I received the loss still and I just scored a TD. score was 13-7 I was up. EA first it’s the superbowl now this. I won the superbowl didn’t get the win and had to play another superbowl game. Smh no rewards or win after the first game after the opponent quit.Position Heroes Dailies
Position Heros Dailies is not tracking correctly. The 'daily' objective registers and has for the last 3 days (i.e. I have been getting the 1000 coins each day). But the objective that tracks the cumulative total is stuck on 1 when it should be at 3.... Anyone else having this issue?
