I built a huge cathedral!
Hi everyone, This is my first post in a very long time—since The Sims 3 days, in fact. I wanted to share a lot I built almost two years ago (though I only just uploaded it). It's a big one, and one that uses objects in pretty unexpected ways. With all my builds, there is no CC, nor mods used. This is St. Agnes' Cathedral! I drew inspiration primarily from Westminster Abbey, York Minster, and Notre Dame. And the name is of course inspired by Agnes Crumplebottom of Henford-on-Bagley, the world in which I built the lot. I think this build will complement Royalty and Legacy gameplay well; an apt addition to your kingdoms! But note that, because I built this so long ago, the packs used are relatively old, so Royalty and Legacy isn't required. I guess this discussion could become a showcase of some of my lots that I have built/will build in the future. I have so many ideas and always try to use objects in creative ways, so I'd love to keep sharing more. If you download it, let me know what you think of it. I did it... I finally gave in to that whisper in my ear to start making Sims 4 clothes... As a hobby seamstress and a collector of vintage and retro sewing patterns, I'm never out of options to add something new to my wardrobe. But I just couldn't ignore that voice that kept telling me, "Ooh, you would look great in that", or "Wow, that would be an awesome item to make." Then... almost a year into playing The Sims 4, I broke down and gave in to the voice. I'd love to share my first ever make! Or rather, my closest interpretation of it. Hi everyone, welcome to my showcase thread! I started playing since the original Sims, love building in Sims 3 the most and am happy to see others still enjoying this version as well. It’s been heartwarming and inspirational to be an active part of the Sims community individually and as a member of the DNA request team.
