A new SimCity is needed
Considering how good SimCity 2013 was in so many aspects, we really do need either a brand new game that is truly single player focused OR some kind of remake of CS4 which gives it modern visuals or SC2013 with the city size limitations. A lot of gamers are unhappy with Cities Skylines 2 so there’s never been a better time than to revive it. CS1 sold over 12 million copies so there is interest there. Despite the title, this video (with a little research) shows there was work being done on a post SimCity 2013 game which looked amazing. EA despite their flaws, got the mayor aspect down so well and had a very unique art style and small details that made the games feel more alive.Problem with missing DLC in Simcity 2013
Hello EA! I have problem with Simcity 2013 Complete Edition, i have miss some DLC in my library like Cities of Tomorrow and Heroes and Villains Set, EA app show me only standart edition and i must buy the DLC again, but i alredy purchase the Complete Edition. But the Cities of Tomorrow in game is properly activated the Heroes and Villains Set is missed in game. That problem i have from January 9 2024, I update the EA app regularly, reinstalled the game many times and cleared the cache, but it does not help. I contacted the support service, but they did absolutely nothing, I have been waiting for a solution to this problem for almost a year and a half, how much longer should I wait for this problem to be solved?
SimCity 2013: No texts are displayed, just some asterisks.
Hello everyone. Today I bought SimCity 2013 Complete Edition. I installed it on my Windows 11 PC from the EA App. The installation was successful and I was notified that it was ready, although the shortcut to the game was not left on the desktop. When I open it, the screenshot is shown without any text, just some asterisks. When I click on the only button, it closes. From the EA App I choose to uninstall the game and it takes me to the list of programs installed on the PC, but SimCity does not appear there. I read that years ago someone presented this problem and they were told that it was a very discussed topic, and they offered a link to the solution (within the forum) but it is no longer available. I suspect that it may have something to do with the language: My PC is in Spanish and when installing the game, I also chose Spanish. I hope someone can help me. I feel quite frustrated. Thanks.
SimCity 2013 Crashes when entering a Multiplayer city
When I open an already started multiplayer city, the game will crash on the loading screen that follows selecting "play" on the city in the region. The game immediately reboots the computer with only a kernel-power error in event viewer. I can start a new city and it loads properly, but if I enter a started city, the computer reboots. Specs: Dell Optiplex 9020, Intel i7-4770, 32 GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro
