SIMCITY COMPLETE EDITION (MAC) ON ORIGIN NOT WORKING! UPDATE TO 64 BIT, WHEN?
When will you upgrade SimCity Complete Edition from 32 Bit to 64 Bit for Mac, through Origin? Catalina will not all 32 Bit App or Games to open. There should be a solution to this issue by now as ASPYR has already updates its version of SimCity Complete Edition recently to 64 Bit, though the Mac App Store. If you are not going to update the game, through Origin, to 64 Bit, will you do the right thing and refund customers their money (I haven't even had the game for long)?14KViews19likes25CommentsOrigin won't launch games, Mac

Started getting this for the first time this morning. I accepted an update, had to login to an "activation" screen, and was able to play once. Now, I get this "Incorrect login information. Please check your credentials." error. I've tried fully uninstalling, repairing, deleting the SimCity folders across %AppData% and my Documents folder. I tried changing my EA account password and refreshing those credentials in the EA app. I tried App Recovery on the EA app, even reinstalled the EA App. My other EA Games, such as The Sims 4, Star Wars Squadrons, etc. work just fine. OS is Windows 11 24H2.Solved1KViews15likes42CommentsOrigin Games Won't Install
Hello. I am unable to install SimCity on my Mac. The game is downloaded, but when I click install, it just flicks back and says 'finalizing' and won't complete. I also try to install my downloaded Sims 3 and receive an error message to run my game as admin, but I cannot do that. I've followed all troubleshooting advice to no avail for both games, including deleting and reinstalling origin many times and clearing the cache. What can I do?Solved470Views0likes2CommentsMissing DLC, EA says i need to purchase it again.
I wanted to play Simcity today. The Cities of Tomorrow add-on was missing from my library. After 70 minutes on support, the guy told me he couldn't do anything and I had to buy the add-on again. I have my old key, activation date, the last time I played this add-on was in 2022 and everything worked. I really don't know where to turn because I don't intend to tolerate this theft that EA is doing. I paid for the add-on, I didn't delete it from the app, they deny any fault and since it's an old game they can't help me and I have to buy it again.134Views4likes4CommentsProblem with missing DLC in Simcity 2013

Hello everyone. Today I bought SimCity 2013 Complete Edition. I installed it on my Windows 11 PC from the EA App. The installation was successful and I was notified that it was ready, although the shortcut to the game was not left on the desktop. When I open it, the screenshot is shown without any text, just some asterisks. When I click on the only button, it closes. From the EA App I choose to uninstall the game and it takes me to the list of programs installed on the PC, but SimCity does not appear there. I read that years ago someone presented this problem and they were told that it was a very discussed topic, and they offered a link to the solution (within the forum) but it is no longer available. I suspect that it may have something to do with the language: My PC is in Spanish and when installing the game, I also chose Spanish. I hope someone can help me. I feel quite frustrated.
