SIMCITY COMPLETE EDITION (MAC) ON ORIGIN NOT WORKING! UPDATE TO 64 BIT, WHEN?
When will you upgrade SimCity Complete Edition from 32 Bit to 64 Bit for Mac, through Origin? Catalina will not all 32 Bit App or Games to open. There should be a solution to this issue by now as ASPYR has already updates its version of SimCity Complete Edition recently to 64 Bit, though the Mac App Store. If you are not going to update the game, through Origin, to 64 Bit, will you do the right thing and refund customers their money (I haven't even had the game for long)?
Sim City 2013 Multiplayer: friend's city is completely empty
Hi everyone, My friend and I are trying to play SimCity 2013 multiplayer, but we've hit a game-breaking bug and are looking for help. TL;DR: Our cities don't sync and always appear as empty plots (ghost cities) to each other. This happens on every server we try (EU, NA). We also found a major time desync between our games. The Problem When we play in a region together, the following happens: I can see her city name on the correct plot, but the city itself is just an empty field. She sees the same thing for my city: an empty plot with the correct name. Visiting each other's city just loads an empty map. System Details We are playing on PC, launching through the EA App. I am playing via PC Game Pass (which includes EA Play). My friend owns the game directly on the EA App. What We've Already Tried Waiting for over an hour for the game to sync. Restarting the game and the EA App multiple times. Sending money to force a sync (my game said "Success," but the money never arrived). Creating brand new regions on different servers (EU East, NA East). The bug happens every single time. I tried to use the in-game feature to "Transfer Multiplayer Region to Single Player" to see if I could at least save my own city. The result was exactly what you might expect: the process got stuck on an infinite loading screen. Specifically, it hung while trying to download my friend's city data. This confirms the data for her city is not just invisible, but so fundamentally corrupted or incomplete on the server that it cannot even be packaged for a download. The "ghost town" is, for all intents and purposes, a ghost file on EA's servers. From all regions.
Missing DLC, EA says i need to purchase it again.
I wanted to play Simcity today. The Cities of Tomorrow add-on was missing from my library. After 70 minutes on support, the guy told me he couldn't do anything and I had to buy the add-on again. I have my old key, activation date, the last time I played this add-on was in 2022 and everything worked. I really don't know where to turn because I don't intend to tolerate this theft that EA is doing. SimCity 2013 not working

SimCity 2013 não abre
Olá! Tenho o SimCity 2013 instalado no meu PC mas infelizmente não consigo jogar. No modo online, indica que não tenho conexão com a internet, e quando passo pro modo um jogador, o jogo apenas ocupa metade da tela e não abre as opções do menu. Ficando travado na cut scene de abertura. Nas raras vezes que a tele inicial abre, não é possível interagir com o jogo e as opções do menu principal não abrem, sequer aparecem. Meu PC é novo, um ASUS VivoBook, Intel Core I7 12ª Geração, Placa Intel IRIS Xe Graphics. Já iniciei como Administrador e alterei o modo de compatibilidade para Windows 7, 8 e XP mas nada resolve. Alguém tá a passar por um problema parecido?
A Sincere Request for the Future of the SimCity Franchise
Dear EA Strategy and Maxis Development Teams I am writing this message as a loyal fan and a long time player of the SimCity series. I want to share my thoughts on why now is the perfect time for a new SimCity title. Since 2013 the city building genre has changed but there is still a big gap in the market for the unique feel that only SimCity can provide. We miss the sophisticated simulation the distinct art style and the amazing music that made the series so special. With todays powerful hardware and AI the technical limits of the past are gone. As a player I am looking for a new SimCity experience that includes larger maps that allow for real city growth and deeper social simulations. I also hope for a strong single player mode that works offline and modern graphics that make the world feel alive. SimCity is a legendary brand. Bringing it back to its former glory is not just my dream as a player but also a great opportunity for EA. We are ready to be Mayors again. Comprei o jogo e ele está completamente inoperante. Além de não ser possível desinstalar para tentar consertar o problema, o jogo simplesmente não abre. Ao iniciar o jogo uma tela aparece dizendo que o jogo precisa de permissões adicionais, ao dar OK o carregamento continua mas logo é dito que houve uma falha ao iniciar o jogo e para tentar novamente mais tarde. Já fiz de tudo: limpei cache, mexi nas configurações de compatibilidade (trocando para Windows 7 e iniciando como adm), instalei o DirectX End-User Runtime, cliquei em reparar o jogo, etc. Ou seja, fiz de tudo que estava recomendado nos fóruns e até agora nada funcionou. O que mais devo fazer?
