Problem with the Polish commentary
My issue with the EA SPORTS FC bundle purchased on Steam for 255.92 PLN. The product was sold as containing full Polish language support, yet the Polish commentary is unavailable and greyed out. I tried to solve the problem in a dozen ways to no avail (reinstallations, file changes, verifying file integrity, renaming audio and commentary file paths, forcing Polish commentary in the setup file settings, checking the "Registry Editor" tool, and contacting tech support).
About the player's preferred foot
When I play the FIFA series, I often feel something is wrong with the preferred foot of the players. For example, Brahim Diaz and Rayan Cherki. Although Brahim Diaz is left-footed, he is right-footed in the game and uses his right foot when dribbling, which is different from reality. As for Rajan Cherki, despite being right-footed he is listed as left-footed in the game, which also differs from reality. Here is a summary of my issue. After reinstalling EA SPORTS FC 25, Japanese completely disappeared from the in-game language list. I tried all of the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalling the game, setting Steam's language to Japanese, verifying the integrity of the game files, clearing the EA App cache, repairing the EA App, and recreating my game profile. None of these steps resolved the issue. I then contacted EA Support through live chat. The advisor told me that they had changed some settings on my account and that reinstalling the game would resolve the problem. I followed the instructions given by EA Support, but instead of fixing the problem, the situation became worse. However, after reinstalling the game, the situation became even worse. Since then, every time I try to launch the game, it immediately displays the following error message and then closes: "%game% is managed by Steam, so we couldn't complete your request. Please go to Steam to complete your request." Because of this, I am completely unable to launch or play the game. The game does not even reach the title screen. In addition, EA SPORTS FC 25 has disappeared from my EA App library, even though I purchased the game on Steam. Furthermore, when I try to launch the game through the EA App, I receive the following message: "You don't have access. Another user who owns this title may have downloaded it on your device. Please sign in with another account or restart the app and try again." This is incorrect because I purchased EA SPORTS FC 25 on Steam using the same EA account that has always been linked to my Steam account. I have never used another EA account for this game. Because of this, I believe there may be a problem with the ownership or license of my game on my EA account. I contacted EA Support again, and I was informed that this is a known issue and that the team is actively working on a fix. However, It has not been over two weeks with no updates. My previous support case has also been closed even though the problem has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with this situation. I paid for this game, but I currently cannot use it at all. I still want to continue playing the EA SPORTS FC series, and I am considering purchasing EA SPORTS FC 26. However, after this experience, I am worried the same problem could happen again. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from EA could answer the following questions. 1.Will the issue preventing me from accessing FC 25, including the missing Japanese language, be resolved? 2.Is there any estimated time frame for fixing this issue? 3.If I purchase FC 26 on Steam, can EA confirm that I will not experience the same issue? 4.Since I currently cannot access the FC 25 that I purchased, will EA provide any compensation or another appropriate solution? Terminal Flashing Green and Red Screen Loop on Startup
Hello, I am reporting a severe visual rendering bug that has made my game completely unplayable. The game worked fine initially, but now it freezes right after the initial splash loading screen. By the way I purchased the game through Steam. It drops into a solid green screen, and pressing 'Enter' or the spacebar causes the entire display to cycle aggressively between solid green and solid red screens. The main menus never render. My Hardware Specs: GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1080 (8GB) CPU: Intel Core i5-11400F RAM: 32GB Dual-Channel OS: Fresh clean installation of Windows 10 Storage: Crucial P2 M.2 NVMe SSD (380GB free out of 465GB) Troubleshooting Already Done: I have completely reinstalled Windows 10, used DDU for fresh graphics drivers, completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat utility as an administrator, wiped local AppData/EA App cache directories, and attempted Steam windowed launch parameters. The issue persists across a completely flawless, clean PC environment. EA Case ID: [Case number:-249530725]. Please look into this compatibility issue with Pascal architecture graphics cards. I know there’s already another thread of this but it got no response from ea help team. This achievement has been glitched for a while. You hit your daily sp cap and that’s it you can’t claim anymore because there’s only 30,000 available. Once you claim an objective over your cap the sp disappears and you can never get it back. I’m worried that theres not gonna be another season with FC 27 coming out so I can’t complete it. Not only that but you can’t even delete an ultimate team profile to reset it and try again from scratch! There’s no way to complete this at all without knowing about the cap beforehand which I didn’t. Also if I got this on series x/s version then I wouldn’t even be able to complete it on the Xbox one profile because they’re linked and, again, you can’t delete an ultimate team. please we really need a response because once this season is over it could mean it’s never obtainable and it could be a simple fix of more challenges or another season.Problems with changing the commentators' language
Hi. I reinstalled FC25 after some time, and I’m having an issue where I can’t change the commentators’ language. When I go into the language settings section, the option is greyed out with English selected, and it doesn’t let me change it to any other language. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, running both Steam, where I bought the game, and the EA app as administrator, verifying the game files, forcing the language downloads through Steam, but nothing works. It still doesn’t let me change the option. Btw i want to change it to spanish
Inaccurate player heights
For years at this point. EA have been making cards in FC taller/shorter than they really are. this issue is super odd since EA have updated player heights in the past (Araujo in fc24, Courtois this year etc.) but they do not update players like: ex: Player - Current Height-Correct height Virgil van Dijk: 193 - 195 Denzel Dumfries: 188-189 Diogo Costa: 192-187 Kylian Mbappe: 182-178 Cody Gakpo: 189-193 Erling Haaland: 195-194 Petr Cech: 196-197 Edwin Van der Sar: 197-199 Cole Palmer: 189-185 Xherdan Shaqiri: 169-165 Samuel Eto'o: 179-180 Jude Bellingham: 186-188 These are just of the examples I personally found, and I am sure there are a lot more. Why do EA almost never address this? It hurts realism and nerfs a lot of cards with no reason and also buffs several cards with no reason as well.
