Clubs: Unable to access EA servers error message
Platform - PC Timestamp (including time zone) - 2026-05-13 18:52:01 (GMT) Game version - EA FC 26 PC Game mode - Clubs Potential steps to reproduce the issue - From main menu, select Clubs, the message "Unable to access EA Servers" is displayed Able to access all other game modes and play online Issue came today after update. Clubs was working fine till yesterday Restarted router, game, PC, repaired game, cleared cache, unlinked steam account and still issue persists. Note: When I initially started game today after update was unable to connect to ea server at all and access any online game mode but after clearing EA cache was able to connect to ea server on starting and access other games but clubs still saying unable to access ea servers. [CM edit: removed name&shame] Electronic Arts / EA Sports FC, I am asking you once again to review my complaint regarding repeated suspicious behavior and possible cheating in FC 26 Champions mode. I have previously reported incidents where my gamepad suddenly stopped responding during online matches. My players became completely frozen or unresponsive, standing still on the field while my opponent continued playing normally and scoring goals. At first, I thought this could be a bug or connection issue, but recently it happened again with the same opponent. The player ID in FC 26 (EA Games) is “??”, and the associated Steam account is “??”. During the match, the opponent paused the game multiple times. After one of the pauses, my player indicators changed colors, and I completely lost control over almost all of my players. I could only control one player with a red cursor, while the rest of the team remained blocked or unresponsive. The opponent easily scored several goals while I was unable to properly play or defend. After conceding multiple goals, I eventually managed to control one defender, dribble across the field, and score. Immediately after that, the opponent paused again, and I was suddenly disconnected from the match. A message appeared saying something similar to: “We noticed a data mismatch with your opponent's squad, so we canceled the match. You will not get a loss for this match.” This is not the first time this has happened, and not the first time it happened specifically against this player. I have now recorded video evidence showing the issue happening again against the same opponent in Champions mode. The exact same gamepad-blocking behavior occurred. I strongly ask EA Sports and Steam Trust & Safety to investigate this account, review the gameplay logs, and compare this player’s matches with normal gameplay behavior. If this is not a bug and is actually a cheat or exploit, it is a serious violation of fair play and competitive integrity. I also ask EA to review any penalties or match impacts applied to my account in previous incidents where I was forced to quit the game using Alt+F4 because my controls became unusable. I have suffered repeated unfair match experiences because of this issue, and I request appropriate compensation and a proper investigation. Graphic settings keep resetting during gameplay
Hello! I have this strange issue that my graphic settings are going back to high even if I`ve set them to Custom. I have tried all fixes found around internet so far but no luck. It`s super annoying bc also the FPS drops because of this. PC Specs: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM Any help would be much appreciated! Hello, I would like to report a serious issue that occurred during a Champions mode match. During gameplay, I completely lost control of my players. I was unable to move, pass, or switch players, while my opponent continued playing normally. At that moment, multiple white triangles appeared above my players, indicating a control or synchronization issue. Shortly after, the match resulted in a disconnection, even though I did not quit or lose connection on my side. I then received a “Disconnection Warning” and my “Did Not Finish (DNF)” modifier was applied, reducing my coin rewards. This penalty is incorrect and unfair, as the issue was clearly not caused by me. This has already happened twice within the last two weeks, both times in Champions mode. I am playing on Steam with a stable internet connection, and I did not experience any hardware or network interruptions. Please investigate this issue using match and server logs, remove or compensate the DNF penalty, and confirm whether this is a known bug or exploit. Thank you for your support. Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing severe and consistent FPS drops in FC26, dropping down to 10 FPS or lower during matches from the very start and throughout the entire game. System Specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5 12th Generation GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (Laptop) RAM: 16GB Storage: SSD Platform: Steam (latest update) Troubleshooting Already Done: Updated GPU drivers Set NVIDIA as default GPU in Control Panel Lowered all in-game graphics settings to minimum Verified game files integrity on Steam Set Windows power plan to High Performance Disabled all background applications Tested on both internal and external monitor Important Note: Other demanding games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 run perfectly stable on this same hardware. This confirms the issue is specific to FC26 and not a hardware or configuration problem. This issue has been widely reported by other RTX 3050 laptop users and appears to be an engine-level or optimization issue on EA's side. Please investigate and provide a fix in an upcoming patch.
FC 26 crashes on launch: EA Javelin 0xC0000005
I’m extremely frustrated with the current EA Javelin anti-cheat implementation. The game crashes with 0xC0000005, while every other application and game on my PC works normally. The issue appears to be related to the anti-cheat conflicting with legitimate software such as VPN/virtual network adapters, which I need for work. This is unacceptable from a user experience perspective. A paying customer should not have to troubleshoot Windows services, drivers, Secure Boot, VPN adapters, and event logs just to launch a football game. If the anti-cheat blocks or crashes the game, it should clearly explain which exact component is causing the issue instead of failing with vague errors like “Faulting module unavailable.” Please improve EA Javelin diagnostics and compatibility. Right now, the anti-cheat feels like the main problem, not the solution. I have to applaud you guys on the worst game in the world. You have destroyed this game. Can you make it anymore noticeable how theres no point in playing you can feel the game being against you it’s absolutely sick. So congratulations during the most hype time of year you have managed to ruin everything about football. So good job. Scammers.
FC26 won't launch
I got FC26 a few months ago and since then the game will boot up the anti cheat screen then open the EA app I had a friend log into my steam and try launching it and it worked just fine for him so I know its not an account issue I got curious and reinstalled Madden24 since it used the same anticheat and it didnt work but I can play Battlefield 6 and the new Skate just fine but EA sports games seem to have an issue I've done almost everything basic and complex but nothing changes it I've actually gotten 2 1/2 hours on the game just through the splash screen I can't find any answers please help.
