I completed the SBC challenge and did not get the player !!!

I completed the Guler challenge since two days and I haven't received the player yet + I logged out of the Ultimate Team and came back and it didn't work + I logged out of my EA account and back it didn't work also + I checked the quick sale on the web and I didn't find it I didn't even get the last challenge pack.
