 Urgent Request to EA Sports: Restore the Pro Clubs Consumables Store in FC 26

To the EA Sports FC Development and Live Operations Teams

We are writing to formally request the restoration of the Pro Clubs Consumables Store in EA Sports FC 26. 

On September 11, 2026, the catalog was completely emptied on the server side, leaving active players with broken menus, "undefined" item slots, and completely useless Club Coins. This change was implemented with zero prior notice, zero in-game countdown banners, and zero official announcements.

Why This Needs to Be Fixed:

1. Incredibly Low Technical Effort: As a global leader in gaming infrastructure, EA knows that keeping this store live requires virtually no ongoing development. The interface, the item assets, and the database architecture are already coded into the client. It simply requires leaving a static, permanent catalog active on your backend servers rather than enforcing an expiration date. 

1. Respect Your Active Player Base: A massive, dedicated community still actively logs hours and grinds competitive matches in FC 26. Completely disabling the primary progression and XP acceleration mechanics overnight fundamentally damages the product we paid for.

1. Value for Currency: Many players spent months accumulating Club Coins specifically to invest in their Pro's development. Wiping out the store without warning leaves players holding a worthless currency, which severely damages community trust.

Our Request:

We do not expect live content updates, seasonal promos, or active moderation. We simply ask that you re-populate the database with a static, permanent batch of standard XP multipliers and consumables so the game remains functional and fair for those who choose to play it. 

Leaving the store in an "undefined" state is a poor reflection of product quality. Flipping the switch to restore basic, static functionality is an incredibly easy fix that would mean the world to your loyal community.
