Lost Save Game Data
Hi there, I switched on to play this evening, and didn’t think anything of it. Played a day and a half in the story mode calendar. I then realised when I went to customise a car of mine that I’m missing 3 and the game has taken me back to before the 2nd qualifier. I’m missing the Aston Martin DB5, whichever car you win on the Friday of that week and the Crown Victoria that you get from the 2nd qualifier. Probably more annoyingly, I’ve lost a load of custom wraps, some that I uploaded to the community (which I can’t seem to find). I checked my online game, and the cars are also missing there too. Is there a way of getting my game play progress restored? I play on PS5
My UCL prime time Estevao's previous evos are gone with playstyle !!!
I had Estevao 86 rated UCL prime time card. so when he was 86. I put him in a 75k EVO inside edge and gave him stats update and Finnest playstyle plus. After his team qualified for the knockout, he got his update, so I got him with 2 playstyles (Finest) and then qualification updated playstyle (quick steps) and with other stats improvements. but after latest update of the game . All his update are gone even his (finest) playstyle + stats !!! now only remain with his single update on knockout , all previous evo's update are gone !
Lost of special assignments of 4 classes and a MG
I have been playing this game for maybe about 1000 hours and the machinegun M1922 has already been upgraded to level 10 for several months, together with the level of 4 different classes all to level 20. But I could not find the special assignments for all the things I mentioned above, which means I would lost many brilliant skins. Have already talked with the survice from EA, but it seems they could do nothing but tell me that they have already recorded my question. Could anyone help to get the assignments to me?
City completely dark – lighting/rendering bug
Hello EA Support Team, I’m experiencing a graphics/rendering bug in SimCity BuildIt. Description: My city suddenly became completely dark. This is NOT normal night mode. There are no street lights or building lights visible at all. The entire city scene is black, while the UI works normally. The issue also happens when I visit other players’ cities, so it seems to be a global rendering/lighting problem, not city data corruption. What I’ve tried: Clear game cache Restart device Reinstalling the game Re-enter the city Visit other cities None of these fixed the issue. Device information: Device: Xiaomi Redmi 8A Pro Android version: Android 10 RAM: 2 GB GPU: Adreno 505 Game version: 1.74.2.150717 Additional notes: This looks like a lighting or shader rendering failure after a recent update. Thank you for your help.
Cant seem to sign in
As you can see i am signed into my account but when i try and reset my password or link my EA account with another game it says it will send me an email but every time i check my email nothing new shows up i cant add a secondary email or phone number for recovery have had the account since i was 10 and would really love to not lose it.Game ruined!
Go ahead and just delete the game. I’ve been on this game for 5+ years and I was okay with purchasing certain things like the mayors pass cause it was worth it but now the new update that just rolled out kind of just ruined the whole game for me. I now have to upgrade all my services and it is costing me too many simeleons. It kind of took a nose dive with all that new update that it just had and now I’m losing population of my cities because I no longer have the funds to upgrade the services and it’s just getting annoying. And getting coins from other cities is hard and the monthly currencies are never beneficial. And don’t get me started on the fact that I barely get refunded for the services that I already paid for. It just seems uncool and unfair that I’m basically being forced to buy more coins in order to maintain my cities. The game took a turn and it’s no longer fun. I’m sad I’m letting this game go but oh well. It was fun while it lasted, I guess.
