[DAI] camera flipping glitch when moving with mouse
while controlling the camera angle with a mouse, the camera will sometimes flip 180°. i’ve tried everything mentioned in some relevant EA forum threads, as well as whatever else i could think of: disable overlay (steam, discord, and nvidia for me) delete the “ProfileOptions_profile” file clean reinstall of the graphic and mouse drivers reduce camera movement speed/mouse sensitivity in game turn off “enhanced pointer precision” change graphic settings (texture quality and vsync etc) repair game via steam none fixes the problem. my pc isn’t connected to any controller at the moment. it has made exploration extremely tedious. to add more context, it didn’t happen in first playthrough, it only started halfway through my second playthrough. this issue persisted ever since across different saves. any suggestion on how to fix this problem will be appreciated:)
EA will not give my event rewards
Im online on both EA app and the stupid game, I've updated the game and the stupid thing still says I cannot get event rewards because I'm offline? Can anyone help? Since I cannot contact EA support because ALL LINKS ARE DEAD --- im about done with SIMS 4. I've paid over a grand for EVERY GODDAMN PACK and it wont give me 'online' rewards even though the **bleep** thing checks for updates every hour???? EA SUCKS
Can’t connect to ea servers/ gets to sync and stops
Hello, When starting nfs unbound it will start to load online then get to syncing inventory and disconnect and say it cannot connect to online. I have checked everywhere for a fix. It is account related. We can play the game on two other accounts on same system and other systems but not this specific account. Fixes tried: deleting cars and wraps reinstalling game deleting game of year and expansions reinstalling everything new router new internet connection different internet connections unplug Xbox and wait for cache rebuying the game again (different package) I am at a loss on what else we can do.
Trouble with password
A year ago I played Star Wars The Old Republic and decided to come back. I remember the character name, but not the password. I pressed the reset password button, but nothing came to the mail. I checked if the mail was connected, everything was fine, but there was no confirmation of the password reset. No matter how many times I pressed, the confirmation never came.A Way With Words broke on Windows 7 with newest update
Pogo broke the ability to play A Way With Words on Windows 7 with this newest update on Tuesday. When loading the game the screen is distorted and unplayable. I have tested multiple Windows 7 environments and they all run into the same issue. All other games work on Windows 7 without issues. Before anyone says, I know Windows 7 is not an operating system suggested by Pogo and Microsoft doesn’t support it anymore. I work at a major Hospital as an IT director and many corporations still use Windows 7 because of the ease of use on programs and other vital situations. Even some still use Windows XP! Windows 7 is very user friendly unlike Windows 10/11 and I have never liked the feel of the newest Windows and they cause a lot more headaches in the IT world. Even Windows 10 support will end this year on October 14. This is sad and I don’t think it would take much to fix this issue on Pogo end.Can't buy a subscription
I tried buying a 2 month non-recurring subscription for SW:TOR earlier today, but when I tried to buy it, it gave the following error: I can still login to the website, and login to the game and play, but I can't buy a subscription (or buy anything else, for that matter). I thought maybe it was because I was using a VPN, but turning it off didn't work. I'm not in my home country right now, if that affects anything, I'm in Turkey. I saw on this Reddit post from about a month ago that some people managed to get it to work by buying it through Steam, but to do that I would have to download the entire game again through Steam so that I could link my account, and that would take ages."Unable to Launch EA Game Battlefield 2042 - Issue After PC Restart"
"Hello, yesterday I shut down my PC and went to work. Today, after coming back and trying to launch Battlefield 2042, I encountered an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA application, but the issue still persists. Is this a common issue affecting other users as well?"EA app wont actually launch games.
I know im not the only one with this problem, and I'm pretty tired of it being ignored. yesterday I could launch and play games normally, in fact with very little input from the EA app as it appeared. I would open steam, hit play on a game, it would launch and run perfectly (with an EA app window open in the background) today I turn my pc on, and am greeted with the EA app telling me I am logged out and I need to log in again, so I log in... go to launch a game, it starts to Launch, then the EA app just re-opens itself and nothing happens, try launching through EA app, the app closes, then just opens again. I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, updating my pc, updating drivers, clearing cache, validating files, running EA app as administrator, downloading and running Microsoft visual c++ 2013 x64 12.0 etc. none of them work, and it is clear this is an EA problem as many others have said. why is this not your top priority? why haven't you fixed this as its clear people have been having this issue for a while now. I sold my ps4, moved to pc. I then paid good money for one of your games that i actually already payed for on the ps4, so that's twice I bought your game now. I'd really like to play it, I think that's fair, and your app that is apparently required to run it, is the only thing stopping me with no solution. It's pretty pathetic. and if you wont fix it, ill want a refund on every game I can't play.
