EA rip off!!!

I bought three sims 4 add ons last night. Purchase went through and i actually used the packs up until i decided to restart the game. Now it is saying that i do not own them and my payment failed, which is a lie because my account was charged. Something needs to be done about this. If someone is hacking, yall need to figure it out and correct it.  I WANT THE PACKS I BOUGHT OR MY MONEY BACK!!!
