It’s incredible to have chat bot’s and agents hiding behind messages not resolve any issues that arise within the game. I have played madden for many years and this will be my last. The support is horrible and this game should not bear the name of such a legend like John Madden . This is an embarassment to gaming and lack of service for the consumer.. All i asked is for fix to complete Ray Lewis trade when i have all the eligible players so i can complete obtain necessary player for 2nd time to complete mythic set and i attached images to confirm below. A simple request to fix or compensate a consumer for what has been earned or could be earned with players to complete a trade is not resolved yet circles of responses with no accountability or resolve for the end consumer.. If you feel the same pass the word and share. As gamers we should not tolerate brands who dont support the consumer cause they are too big.. EA enjoy the last season i will complete for my team, as i will not play or have any family members utilize any EA game going further.Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode
I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Servers are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic and cannot process your request to access this league at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu.” This issue has persisted for several days, making the game mode completely unplayable. I have already opened support cases, but so far I have not received any response or solution. I would like to know if anyone in the community is facing the same problem and whether someone has found any workaround, solution, or official update about this issue. These are some critiques I've had playing Madden 26 Superstar Mode: 1. If I was a developer, I think it'd be SO easy to just use the same franchise record system in Superstar Mode, instead of only being able to see career records. I was playing RB in Madden Superstar mode, where I had a absolute monster game, rushing for 312 yards and breaking Adrian Peterson's single game rushing yard record. After the game, I wanted to look at my RB's name in the NFL Record list, wanting to see the single game record, but there was no option to view it. Why? I feel like its so easy to change and yet, hasn't been done. Records are such a significant part of Superstar mode, so just a quick fix would make this significantly better. 2. Why can't I see where MVP voting currently is nearing the end of the season? I liked it in Madden 25 where I could see how I was doing compared to other people in MVP votes, what place I was in, etc. Why did that go away? 3. In Madden 25, I really liked seeing what was happening around the league and what people were saying about me and my team. It made it feel much more immersive and personal, and I don't know why it was taken away. Please add it back!Madden 26 Glitch
I like to play owner gm mode where I set up the teams and just watch the games unfold. I have found that after halftime the game sometimes kicks out of observation mode and the team with the ball keeps getting delay of game penalties. This has happened in other versions prior to 26 and is usually fixed in an update. Can you please fix this in 26. ThanksTraining points
For about one month I have not been receiving my Training Points correctly. I am a Diamonds player. In Madden Base, Daily Arena and other game modes I receive much fewer Training Points than what the game shows as the reward. For example in Daily Arena the reward was displayed as 1716 TP but I only received 397 TP. This happens consistently and not just once. My Diamonds benefits should be active but the bonus Training Points are clearly not being applied. I have restarted the game and checked my status but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and explain why the promised Training Points are not being awarded. Thank you.
