Trophy issues

So im trophy hunting and I'm 2 trophies away from platinum but I can't achieve "I'm a living Legend" trophy I've played through kill all the enemies and have then scanned but not has popped up, I'm walked away then returned to the game months later the try again and still nothing has changed is there anything I can do?
