Daily quests reset too soon; any hope for a fix?

Hi dev team. Hope you guys are doing well. For the past 9 months or so, there has been an issue where the daily quests become unclaimable about 7-8 minutes before reset time. Most of the rewards will still be mailed to your inbox if completed, but not the overall completion crate. This has been a real nuisance as a FTP player with an irregular schedule. I rely on the hard reset time to ensure I can get everything done each day, even if I have to rush in and cut it close at the end. I can't always get in before those last few minutes. Now, I've missed out on my daily reward chest multiple times, despite finishing everything before the reset time. It's a real bummer and hinderance to my growth with a FTP account. It's also happened enough times now that it's problematic for me and not just a little frustrating. Last I heard from y'all (a few months ago), the team was aware and working on a fix. So, are there any updates to share on that front? I know this isn't the most pressing matter on your plates, but it has been a persistent problem and I'd really appreciate a response. Thank you!
