Missing LSB Grand inquisitor

Yesterday around 6pm I bought the grand inquisitor bundle and received nothing. I got a chat with someone working on EA help that said I would receive the bundle within 24hours but I never did. I started another email chat since for whatever reason I can’t get another chat on EA help. I have since not received any response. I have full transcript and receipt as proof.
